Extremely disappointing will not be coming back. Waitresses at this location are beyond awful and have a lack of customer service. They intentionally ignore you and if you so happen to catch them or get up to run them down they have this attitude like they don't want to be bothered and have better things to do like being lazy and gossiping with one another. Management needs to seriously get rid of the whole front of house and hire people who have respect and hospitality. Clearly Noone has any of that here.
Very disappointed. Took my grandpa to dinner for his birthday tonight. Usually aren’t the people to write a review but feel we need to after tonight. Our server was Miya, do not get her as your server, it took 40 minutes for us to get our bar drinks which we saw sitting at the bartop we ordered, and then our food order was all messed up. She never brought us anything and the store was not busy at all. She had 3 tables when we walked in and down to just us. The manager Eric and the server marissa were amazing. She helped us send our food back and get it right. She also apologized but we weren’t even her table! Something has changed with the kitchen, the food didn’t taste fresh like it usually does. The manager Eric made it right and did all he could for us. I love Applebees so I was very upset with my experience and my grandpas first experience there.
Never, ever again. The service was good. The margaritas were the absolute worst. Like Pedialyte with a hint of tequila. Nachos could have been made by a person without a microwave. Cold chicken. There's a reason I haven't been in years.
The food was actually good but the restaurant was a total disaster. Tables were dirty everywhere. They had to run a 25 minute wait because they didn't have enough staff. Half the restaurant was closed with signs saying table unavailable. The bar was loaded with dishes on every free inch and the sinks were overflowing. The manager came out twice but just to talk to a regular and never to lift a finger or help do anything or do any table checks.The sad thing is that it all appeared to be caused by a lack of good management. With a new manager, perhaps this place could be good again.
Ordered a oriental chicken WRAP and was given the salad. Asked our waiter Ethan and he said " I thought you ordered the salad" husband and I said no I ordered the wrap. Asked for it to go and only came back with just the wrap, asked him what about the fries and he came back with the receipt and had the salad on there instead of the wrap which the salad is a dollar more? Didn't bother asking to adjust it as we were already annoyed. We asked for a 2 go box twice... not sure why he couldn't understand as we were being patient but come on LISTEN! It wasn't busy for being a Saturday night at 10 pm. Probably will never be back again.
Went for a late dinner with my wife. Everything was okay until we received the wrong menu item. As we got that replaced a whole honey boo boo family, smelling like they just rolled out of a 3 day bender, was sat beside us in the aisle. It had to be at least 10 people. We couldn't even hear ourselves talk. Got charged for the wrong item menu and just left. Couldnt even eat because the HBB family smelled so bad. Definitely not coming back to this location. ✌️
Ok have been dining here for the past few weekends. I go for the blackened salmon dish. It didn't taste fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting with the tacos. This weekend wasn't the good experience I've been receiving lately. Mac and cheese was dry with two whole pieces of bacon just threw on top. Even the dish it came in was different. They forgot the shrimp and the wonton chicken tacos didn't taste or look the same. Very disappointed for all the money that was spent.
The best thing about this Applebee's location (other than a large menu option) is the server Nichole S she's beyond awesome and makes it a more personalized family experience nothing but laughter and smiles with every table she went to next time I come here I'm recommending to be sat in her section! Keep up the great work Nichole! Also I highly recommend the cheddar bacon chicken skillet!
Food is beyond gross now! Better going to store and heating up food out of the frozen section! Waitress, think Jenn, was amazing. Felt so bad she is work in that horrible place. So waitress 5 star, Applebee's and food 1 star. Balance out to 3 stars. By the way please don't have company meetings right next to customers, so unprofessional! Come to relax, not hear you talk about work. Applebee's manager was having a meeting right next to us, it sucked.
My food was okay my husband loved his food. The service was pretty good no compliant on the service it could have been a little better but considering there wasn't too many servers our waiter was pretty good she did her best.
