Great food, awesome service, clean nice place.
I joined a group of 10 ladies here for lunch… The menu had a nice variety of selections. Food was delicious and presented well. Wait staff was friendly and did an outstanding job. I will certainly go again.
My husband and I had lunch at Angela‘s while visiting friends in Surprise, Arizona. Our waitress was very attentive and very good. My husband had a Reuben which was very tasty and I had the risotto Primavera. Unfortunately we were too full so we were not able to enjoy dessert. we will definitely dine here again the next time we visit.
This place is amazing. I came here with my family and everything was perfect from the food, drinks, service and atmosphere. This place sits overlooking a golf course and lake. We started off with a caesar salad, shrimp cocktail and mussels and all were great. Then I had the Penne alla vodka and my husband had the grand burger. Both were absolutely perfect. 100% would recommend to everyone.
We visited with friends on a Wednesday. It is Walleye Wednesday. All four us had the Walleye and found the filet to be cooked perfectly. It had a fresh (even it wasprobably previously frozen) taste. Available in pan-seared (which we got), fried or blackened). Veggies of carrots and beans were cooked well. My baked potato was only half cooked. Wife's fries were good. Wait person was pleasant and attentive. Views are great. Restaurant is extremely noisy. Must almost shout across a table to be heard. Not one iota of sound depression in evidence. Angela's will lose their license in a few years when Grand takes over. In the meantime, if you go, there is an outdoor patio on both sides if the weather cooperates. If you sit inside, it will be loud. Enjoy.
Great relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. We sat outside on their huge patio with lots of seating overlooking the golf course and pond below us. There was not a wait for us today but I understand that they do get busy at times. I had the lamb burger w/fries. It was tender and cooked just right! Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. This would be a great place to come with a group of friends, for a drink after your round of golf or even a romantic dinner for two.
Beautiful lakeside dining on the golf course. Gabriel took care of us very nice. We had yummy organic beet and goat cheese salad and a good hamburger decent prices for nice dining experience.
I called in to order takeout. They were out of the first three items I asked for. You might want to amend the website. When I finally ordered, I was told a 15 minute wait. I arrived 25 minutes later, and was told that of course my order wasn’t ready, they were very busy. And this is not a takeout restaurant. You might want to amend your website. After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes, my food came and I got the bill. Again, you might want to amend your website, the prices are not as advertised. You cannot fault the staff as they are just doing the very best with what they have, but again, I was told that I should probably order around 3 or 4 so that I don’t get overlooked. That is fine, but not when I want to eat. Anyhow, I will not be back, there are so many other restaurants, but it’s really too bad, because you are so convenient to the residents here.
Everything was just okay. Except the chicken parmesan it was burnt to the point it was inedible. The French onion soup was really good, the burger was good but overdone. The service was average. Not an experience to rave about but a good atmosphere and lots of potential here. Could have just been an off day
We dined at Angela's Kitchen Wednesday night (3-9-2022), and as a result, my wife and I agreed never to go there again. We have been going to Angela's since 2014. When we arrived, we were told it would be 45 minutes before we could be seated. That was disappointing because I didn't want to stand for that long, my ole back was not handling it well, so I wandered over to the bar area and discovered that there were several empty tables. We ordered at a small round table in the bar area. While sitting there, on more than one occasion, the hostess passed by us and we were able to speak briefly with her about the chaotic environment and the empty tables, which we didn't understand. She was busy trying to find customers who had wandered outside so they could be seated. We ordered our favorite Fish & Chips (cod), but the person who took the order never told us there would be an extra charge if we wanted a baked potato instead of French fries. After I wrote Angela Rana, the owner, she wrote me back and provided me information about the practices of other restaurants. She showed her disdain for me by stating that some people, like us, just can't by made happy. I am not happy and she will not have to worry about us ever again, so much for loyalty.
