Very dissatisfied. Not at all the Wendy's I remember. Upon arrival, I immediately see flies crawling all over the place. Took 5 minutes for someone to get to the cash register to take my order, even no one else was in line. I don't know if there is an understaffing issue, but it took another 15 minutes to get my food. Honestly, the food was decent, so I'll give a two star, but am not going back for a while.

This Wendy's has lost our business. Today, at the drive thru, the speaker was not working, so we had to order at the window, last time (2 weeks ago) the fryer wasn't working, so no fries, and 2 months ago all the employees were standing outside while we waited inside the building to order. After 5 minutes, we went outside to ask someone to come in the building for us to order. Today, we ordered 3 different items (chicken sandwich, baconator fries, frosty) and all were done incorrect. The chicken sandwich was missing lettuce, the baconator fries had too much cheese and it wasn't melted, and the frosty was more of a milkshake, not thick at all. We had asked for a spoon for the frosty and we were told they are out of spoons. ?

Absolutely horrible experience and will never return. All the food was terrible. We waited quite a while for our food which was fine considering it was 4th of July but once we got home and went to eat we realized it was not worth the wait and definitely not worth the money. The fries tasted as if they had been sitting there all day or made from old potatoes. The salad that I got my mother looked like someone was eating out of it. There was about 80% of the salad gone and absolutely no avocado which is the whole point of the reason she chose that salad. I don't know if they forgot to finish making it or if someone actually ate it. We tried calling the restaurant but of course it was later and no one answered. Did not feel like driving all the way back considering it was already late at night. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Absolutely the worst. Its no wonder there weren't anyone there. The restaurant side had no ice but drive thru did and they wouldn't give you any ice. This place needs to be shut down just alone on all the flies that were in there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

It's hard to rate this facility a 3 or 4 merely because the ingredients are fine, but the bread is not toasted. I never realized what toasted bread can do to a classic burger. Coming from Atlanta, Georgia to this city, to this facility; the Burger King, and McDonald's and other facilities in the area still stick to toasting the buns, but this specific franchise has not on many occasions coming back to it.I've come back to give them a chance to see if it was specifically one employee, but at all hours, any time of the day is almost as if the bread is soft and soggy (NOT TOASTED) is molested.

Depressing look for the Wendy's franchise. Dirty tables, fries taste as tho the grease had not been filtered or changed in days, burger was dry and cold. Crew was nice. I can go to Culver's and pay the same for much better food.

I had a usual and bad experience when I came to the drive through one morning; As I pulled up to the drive through speaker, a employee entering the restaurant door saw me pulling up yet no one helped me even though I sat in my car waiting for approximately 20-30 mins. Several other drive through costumers also waited in the drive through without getting to order too. Non of the employees came to the window or answered the intercom. I do need to say that it ended well because at least the general manager provided me with a meal at no cost, because of my bad experience, and she apologized!

If you DON’T want to be greeted, consistently receive MISORDERED food, receive blatant LACK of respect for customers, & have employees “FORGET” how to apply coupons in an order EVERY TIME you come—then THIS is the place to be! By far hands down the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in ARIZONA. You should just shut it down instead of RUINING Wendy’s image in all honesty. Thankfully, the only place in Sierra Vista with great BURGERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE remedied the situation, Culver’s! Without a doubt wish I could give this Wendy’s a NEGATIVE review, only a matter of time before someone gets sick!!

I usually don't do this but the Wendy's in Sierra Vista, AZ is the worst I've ever been. They didn't have the JR cheeseburger on the 4 for 4 anymore so I asked for the $5 bag just to get my favorite burger on the menu. When I got to the window, the cashier told me there were no straws. I didn't get upset. Then I opened my bag and had a cheeseburger without the bacon. I called customer service and couldn't get anyone. If you like that restaurant, do you but it's over for me as a customer

Ordered meals for four people (17 items to be exact); received three items in one bag. We phone the store to let them know and the person who picked up was rude and tried to tell us that they don't have delivery orders. Customer service training is a must if you want to make money and stay employed. One of the reasons restaurants don't survive here is poor customer service. I wish there was a 0 star option to give them because they definitely don't deserve the one star I checked to give a review. The Doordash person who delivered responded right away and was very professional and helpful.
