I've had terrible experiences the last few times I've gone. The staff doesn't acknowledge you and seem to avoid taking orders. I had a mobile order for pickup and I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to notice me and hand me my drink. There were also no customers at the time. The Target starbucks is 1000x better.

Isabel and Liz were kind and pleasant; however another worker whose name tag was skewed something -Anna and she had a spider tattoo on her neck, was condescending and abrasive. I’ve had an encounter with her before and she was the same way so it’s not a one off. She clearly has attitude issues. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but some kindness Isn’t so much to ask.

They are always out of stuff and cant make the drinks correctly. The drinks never come out the same. Im going to Dutch Bros instead.

My drink was made perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I can't understand why I waited 20 minutes at 7am for my frapp. There were only two women working. They were out of grande cups so I was forced to get a venti. They didn't have the right lids for the frapp so I had to take the lid off to drink it, and they were out of straws. I feel bad for the staff because whoever is making their schedules is doing them dirty. They are clearly super stressed, and when they run out of something like soymilk, one employee has to run to the back of the store to get more which leaves just one employee manning the register and making drinks. During the morning coffee rush that's extremely unfair to do to your employees. It's crazy that they are still able to hand out drinks with a smile so kudos to them but whoever is managing them needs to be retrained.

They wouldn't scan the app for stars. Food and service was done right.

The scheduling manger needs to get a good talking to. How do you only have two people on a shift that gets busy and both of them are practically new. They didn’t have to say they were new but it was completely obvious that they struggling from not knowing the flow of things. While one knew more than the other, they still didn’t have enough experience to run a busy shift on their own. The poor girls were struggling. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars because the employees were nice and they were trying to keep things in order. If it were any other experienced employee that was being lazy, I would have given 1 star. The drink took 35 minutes to be made and was super sweet like the mixture ratios were off. I didn’t expect much after seeing the girls struggling. Which, again, the scheduling manager needs a good talking to about scheduling.

Worst experience at Starbucks. Whoever the two ladies working 1/9/2021 @5:30pm were, they must have been bothered by the mere presence of me. When ordering (nothing difficult or special) I was asked the simple questions of: hot, cold, etc., although I'd previously provided that information. After ordering first drink she asked, 'is that all?' No ma'am, I replied, I have another, and ordered. The barista making the drinks expressed to the customers before me to have a great day and thanked them. When I picked up my drinks, I said, 'thank you very much'. And she walked off. I continued to look at them both, wondering what the reason for the less than desirable exchange was for, only to just walk away, shaking my head. I think I may just be asking too much; common courtesy?
