We've come here a few times in the past few weeks and love it. Minus a couple of situations the food has always been great and if there's an issue the staff will try to fix it. For the price I think its a good deal and we plan to keep eating here when we can.
I don't usually dine in, but after a long day at work all I wanted is yum.y food and a great ambiance. Schlotskys has a new awesome style here in sierra vista. The best part? The attentive and caring service by Andre!
Excellent staff. Seemingly new store (wasn't here a while back). I love the sandwiches here and it's consistent with other stores in the midwest.
Dropped in on 4/26 for lunch at 230p man was that a mistake. 2 other customers in building. 1st nobody at the counter after several mins someone finally came up front to take my order. I ordered my usual a pick 2 half sandwich and a salad. Sat down and got out my kindle to relax for a few realized a bit later it had been a while looked at my clock 20 mins. Walked up and waited nobody up front another customer walked in also waiting after several mins the cook came around since I was standing where I could see him. Asks me what he can do I ask what happened to my order and point out the other customer has been waiting quite a while to order. He asks me what I ordered he goes gets a cashier and THEN starts making my order. They managed to loose it now understand there had been ONE other person enter the building not exactly rush hr . Food finally shows up and its to go I ordered for eating in. I open the food wrong sandwich. He managed to in 5 mins forget what I had told him. Salad had apples that where literally rotting at the ends. No management on site that I could see. Wont be back. Edit went and read the reviews over the last year pretty much the same the service and training has gone out the window. If the owner reads this I REALLY hope you clean house and get the place back to a reliably good place to eat. The menu is good but if the employees screw it up it doesn't mean a thing.
This was a bad choice for eating ? Front of the house employees are seriously needing training. The good was nothing like yours expect after $50 bucks on 2 people and couldn't finish it because of how it tasted... not because of the portion.

Their sandwiches are worth the price and the wait at the drive-through. You CAN order ahead and save time.There have been times that the fiesta chicken sandwich had very little or no roasted red peppers, a very important ingredient in this sandwich.
Poor service. Wasn't busy when I went and I only ordered a sandwich which took them forever do make and it was slapped together poorly. Shouldn't take 20min to make a sandwich I can make at home for less and quicker
Good food, but extremely overpriced. For what I paid I would expect much more food than I received.
