If you like charred over priced pizza this is the place to go ?LOL they asked if they replaced the pizzaFirst of all, the fact that it was served practically black and it was okay with them to beginSecond of all, we waited 45 min for the burnt pizza we had littles to feed you think we’d make them wait around some more? You must not have children.
Peter Piper USED to be great. Now the employees don’t care. They shut down the adult seating area at 5pm. One of my pizzas came out black. The lady asked if it was ok or if I wanted her to make a new one. I asked for a new one (after waiting 40 minutes for my pizza) I finally an hour and a half later asked to have my pizza boxed so I could go home. Our other pizza came out in the mean time and it was cold. I spent $80. It was horrible. The prizes were terrible, the quality was never great, but now the toys are horrible. Half the machines were out of order and the dinosaur game has 3 dinosaur toys in it. Take the drive, go to Tucson or Phoenix. It isn’t worth it anymore. The employees were rude. Didn’t apologize or anything.
i came in today with my sister in law & her son so that he can have fun in the arcade everything was great up until it was time to order we were waiting for 20 minutes because there was no one to take orders up front except for the manager alton which he kept going back from the register to the kitchen but never took our order. finally he did & we asked if they had a pizza & wing combo & he was being super rude with every question we had. my sister in law is pregnant & i think it’s unacceptable for her to to receive this treatment because she shouldn’t be stressed out. don’t recommend.
I came in and waited 20 min becuase the manager Alton did not have anyone upfront, the place was empty. Finally he had to assist us and was being very rude, not helpful at all being rude to every single question. I came to spend time with my son and he ruined our trip. Worse thing is that he is the manager here so I couldn’t even complain.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Upon hearing about my recent relocation the manager came over to tell me about their specials and ensured I had a punch card. The pizza was good and the beer was cold. ?
Updating my review based off of today's visit (7Jan 2022). The place was pretty full but normal for a Friday night. The first issue was they were out of straws. We ran next door to Big Lots and bought some straws for my kids to use. Looking around several other tables had shopping bags where they brought their own straws as well. So we ordered dinner and let the kids play. After about 30 minutes we asked about our food only to told they were out of cheese. (Really?!?!)As far as the games there are not that many in this Peter Piper and 4 of them were broken. It was just busy enough kids were waiting to be able to play games. We have had far better days than today at Peter Piper. So that's the reason for 2 stars.
The kids loved it and had so much fun. However, after having salads my husband and I have been in pure agony. This is the worst food poisoning. I’ve never experienced having so much exiting my body at once before. Due to the horrendous level of food poisoning I’m experiencing right now I will never go back, no matter how much fun the kids had. It was NOT worth my inability to function and having to sit on the toilet all day long.
Place is much improved from recent visits. Pizza was much better, wings were a nice size and good flavor, and everything was clean. Bathroom, game area, dining room, everything. Keep it up!!
They have changed up from token play to card play. This was the first time experiencing it and not sure if I am a fan or not. $17 for 30 minutes of unlimited gameplay or $22 for unlimited gameplay for an hour. I do love their wings though.
The Pizza was OK, not terrible but also not the best I’ve tasted. My main complaint is that the bathrooms needed service. They were not clean and it smelled awful. They were also “out of straws”. Would not recommend and definitely not going back.
