This location needs new management. Food is very inconsistent with other Panda Express locations . Food today was lacking in flavor and 3 dishes out of 4 not very good. Won't be back.
This is a good place to satisfy that orange chicken and noodle craving. But having eaten Panda Express in Texas, the difference in quality is crazy. Literally every selection choice is lesser quality, you would think there would be consistency across the stores nationwide to some extent, but that just isn't the case. It's not that the food here is bad, but it's okay when compared to others that are fantastic.

How you get paid $15+ an hour and still not do your job right. I got orange chicken instead of Beijing Beef no chili sauce, soy sauce, napkins, etc…. Seeing I was the only car in the drive through “Liz” was sure in a rush to get me out of there
Ruben you need to work on your Telephone etiquette. As THE customer I called about a problem with my Drive thru order Panda Express SCREWED UP. Don't go thru the drive thru.This location needs New Management
It was my first time there. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.
It was good. I just don't like that they don't provide plates anymore because my youngest daughter shares with me.
Employee Anna made the process of ordering food very slow and convoluted. I asked for just two entrees and instead just went with one just to take the path of least resistance because it's clear that her mental bandwidth just could not handle my seemingly innocuous request. My friend asked for a plate with only Lo Mein and Anna insisted that she must get sides. When my friend responded with "I have no idea what we're even talking about", Anna was clearly tapped out and gave in. Simply amazing that someone like Anna is running point at a store that others have stated is "the best in town".
Panda Expess had picked up their hands since the last time we were there. The quality and taste of the food has much better and the staff is alot friendlier.
As I was sitting in the lobby eating my dinner I witnessed an employee proceed to clean the benches off with a broom and then sweep the floor with the same said broom. This is very unsanitary and definitely not the proper way to clean the tables and benches off. I certainly hope that upper management reads this review and retrains the staff on proper cleaning procedures.
