I decided to try this location out for the first time. They made us in the second line wait over five minutes just to order (five cars went ahead of us in the other line). The individual taking our order kept going silent then asked us to repeat what we ordered (we wanted three meals and a happy meal). After him going quiet for the fourth time I drove forward and completed my order at the window. They gave me a Big Mac with no meat.... just several middle buns, sauce, lettuce and pickles. They forgot ALL of the toppings for our chicken sandwiches (only chicken and bun). Forgot a large fry and didn't give us the apples or apple juice we ordered. I think they're high in there (based on conversations with the people at the window). I was originally told that this was the "Good" McDonalds here in Sierra Vista... It was only one time and I'll go here again to see if it's a pattern, but I'm guessing it's not.

This McDonald's is usually on point. They have their slip ups but a solid McDonald's nonetheless. The only real complaint is their Coca-cola. It has a plastic taste to it. I thought it was me just me so I bought a coke from the other McDonald's and it taste like McDonald's Coke should.

Oh where to begin. We dined inside. Took the grandkids for a "treat" cause that's what they asked for. It smelled like feet in the lobby, probably because there's very little air-conditioning. Flies having dinner with us. Sadly no grilled chicken anything. Took ten minutes to take my order, with no one in front of me. The roll to the fish sandwich was fine. I could go on but what's the point lol.Needless to say next time we're in town we're headed to Culvers if they want to go out and about.

More than once I have gotten burgers here and the buns were ROCK hard, luckily I was used to this so I always checked before I left and was able to get it switched out. I try not to go to this location because of all the issues I have had and never have those issues at the fry location, but it’s closer to my house so sometimes I end up there. This morning I went their first breakfast and forgot to check the sandwiches, got home and the English muffins on the sandwiches were inedible, completely hard and unable to bite through them. So frustrating can’t they tell when making the sandwiches that the bread is no good?

Repeatedly bad food. Stale buns, soggy fries, undercooked meat. I have not come back to this location after getting a French fry that looked like it came from the bottom depths of someone's car seat. It had a clump of HAIR attached to it. I sincerely hope you decide to find better food. This place is gross.

I usually go through the driveway or do curbside pickup orders. I don't usually have issues with my order unless it is a new hire, but they are always great about fixing anything that was missing in the bag.

Always fast, friendly and efficient. Food was hot. Drink was icy cold. Just the way I like them.

This McDonalds is consistently out of drinks on their menu, claiming the machines are not functioning. It is very disappointing to be stuck in a drive thru line and not get what you came for. Perhaps they should just remove the items entirely and then people would just know to go elsewhere. (Specifically the frappes)

As long as the soft serve ice cream machine is working, this place is good to eat at. The automated systems are rather interesting.

I am giving this McDonald's in service on highway 92A -0, I know accidents happened but today I was served a quarter pounder that was raw, I called the manager made it right by by offering me a new one which was cooked right, But then I was also given an Apple pie that had been expired since this morning was very disappointed, However they did cook new ones and give me one that was fresh after all. I just wish this stuff did not happen.
