I don't know how they managed to do it but I ordered a spicy McChicken and a double cheeseburger, and somehow the both tasted like fish. For a place that prides itself on having the first McDonald's drive-thru, they sure do have a trash one.
Best McDonald’s I’ve been to so far! People there treat you with kindness and the food is always great. Also one of the managers there is incredibly great at what she does and her costumer service is through the roof, props to her for that. Everyone is general are some hardworking people and kind.
I used the pick up option on the app. The wait time seemed a little faster than drive thru. They forgot to add the dipping sauces we had selected. The quality was good for fast food standards during the lunch rush.
Most of the time the dining area stays clean. That's why they get 2 stars. They are slow 100% slow, rude, and have very bad customer service. They over talk you on the drive thru and that is why they get orders wrong. There are times that I have waited for close to 30 mins in the dining room waiting to get helped. When you ask one of the people in the back if they could get someone to help me, one girl said I don't know what's going on. I just got here. That's fine but it's the way you say it is important when doing customer service. I asked another girl in the back if we could get some help. I even said excuse me ma'am a couple times and she wouldn't even turn around and acknowledge any of us customers that tried to get her attention. I could go on but I'll stop here. McDonald's, you really need to do better!
Cheeseburgers with no pickles, or one small pickle. Rude staff and managers. Takes forever to be waited on and forever to get food. Managers and supervisors say they can't get in trouble at all. They forget without customers they would not have a mcdonald in sierra vista az. There food has gone down in quality and up in price. They hate elderly and homeless people.
This place always has a lines. Especially in the drive thru!!! Always!!! Go inside and now you gotta order your food off the kiosk! Really!!! And they call this fast food!!! Not by my standards.
The service is mostly quick and the food is good. Every now and again they will have someone taking orders that mess it up. I take it their in training though
It is a very rare occasion where I find it necessary to warn other would-be customers not to waste their hard earned money at this pathetic establishment. Laziest staff in Arizona will not make half of the food/beverage items on the menu past sundown, dishonesty claiming that various machines are down or undergoing maintenance. If you make the mistake of coming here you will leave disappointed.
Ordered some fries for a meal and they were so soggy and cold. You guys always talk about how crispy golden and delicious they are but this was absolutely repulsive. You call that gold crispy? (See images below) Pitiful .... They weren't even salty!
Dropping into a McDonald's for some fries, a dollar fountain drink, or everyone's favorite sweet tea is a must. This specific restaurant has by far the worst drive thru lanes and wait times. Personally have spoken with the manager three times. Twice in drive thru and once inside. For the respect of the franchise, I will not repeat what the excuses were. They bag fries and leave the bag open while they wait for the rest of your meal... sometimes 23 minutes inside and 43 minutes in drive thru behind 6 cars. Yes you guessed it. Fries are always COLD.
