Honestly I'm very patient and understanding but it was more than 15 minutes before we got a drink AND that's AFTER we asked 2 other people for them. It wasn't any better from there. The food tasted good.
This place is awful!!! Definitely a place to avoid. I’ve been here a few times only to have been disappointed time after time. The food is often late, cold, and most employees/servers DON’T care and might provide “I’m sorry, let me check on that for you!” Only to walk around the corner and laugh.The servers are there only for tips (not customer service), they expect you to leave a good tip with minimal customer interaction. Well excuse me for needing a refill of water!? The owner is probably one of the most unapproachable humans I have ever met. I’m not even sure how this restaurant has customers. The only food that is fresh is the steak, everything else is days old. A server told me so!Finally, the kitchen gets backed up after only a few tables. Their inability to handle the smallest of crowds is embarrassing. I’ve seen Taco Bell perform better. Not to mention, Taco Bell has better food for half the price. Oh, and the restaurant is FILTHY. The walls look like plaster, however, it’s probably old food, kids have smeared on the walls that allow the king sized roaches to snack on after you have left. #theroacheslivelikekings #whatcleaning #doyouevenclean

Food wasn't bad service wasn't bad but the only thing that I found was that they mixed up the orders. Not once but at least three times and there was about 10 to 12 another thing I didn't like is that they put their own tips on our receipts and on top of that if you wanted to give more there was an additional area to add it on I thought that was a little too sneaky. But otherwise everything else is good..
Not working tonight . . . we used the call ahead service to put ourselves on the wait list, they send a text to your phone when your table is ready. We were seated probably within a minute of receiving our text. Our waitress was okay but was clearly rushed and not handling the crowd very comfortably. She took our order just fine, but then . . . nothing for the better part of an hour. No food, explanation, or manager. By now we normally would have given up and gone home, but it was getting later and we were really hungry (67 miles on the bicycle Tour de Tucson = starving!). When asked to check on our food the waitress seemingly did check, told us there was one order ahead of our but then we would be next. Twenty minutes later, not so much. She volunteered that she would be giving us a discount — our bill was about $35 at that point solely because we’d each ordered a large margarita, which, our mistake, was huge! and cost $16.95 each. Our food did finally arrive, albeit the meat for a fajita arrived later so all that was served were the rice and beans. It seemed like about the time we arrived, food stopped coming out of the kitchen. No reason was given? All that having occurred, we weren’t fully mad until we realized the “discount” we were given was $2.97. On a $60.00 to $70 bill? Why bother? The waitress told us that’s the biggest discount they give. Seriously?? That’s just weird! I said, “You probably should tell people that because it’s unreasonable and nothing like what we expected after we heard “discount.” We also said we know it’s not the server’s fault when the kitchen just isn’t getting food out timely. Her goose was likely cooked at that point, but all she said was “Okay, goodbye.” We did leave a 15% tip — because that’s the civilized thing to do, but they need a manager on hand to speak to the customers, and a discount of $2.97 for waiting an hour for our food is somewhere between insulting and bizarre. How could any business think that’s reasonable?! It’s hard to say if the food was good, at that point we just ate to eat. It must have been okay because we did eat it! Not sure if we’d risk that experience again. The problem happens in restaurants sometimes, but we deserved better customer service.
What a pleasant surprise! Excellent decoration, atmosphere, service and food! What more can I say? Well, my husband and I were also entertained by an accordion player and a fantastic singer/guitarist. I'll definitively go back there!
Best Of All, However: Sarah Is A Fantastic Server. And The Hostess And Staff Were Excellent. Best Place I've Eaten At So Far. As Well As An Authentic Ambiance.
Great food, excellent margaritas, and the ceviche was on point! Very nice wait staff, highly recommend. It can get busy so be patient!
