Brianna at front counter was awesome I kepted changing my mind on what I wanted n she smiled n was cool n said no problem she took our order inside for take out n was spot on everything we ordered n asked for was in the bags. THANK YOU Brianna !!
Disgusting. Even for fast food. Chicken pot pie with literally no chicken and two nasty chewy tenders the size of my finger for $12. Waste of money.
Was really looking forward to a good extra crispy chicken breast! Got it took it to my motel room and it was not only the smallest chicken breast I've ever seen, it was old, cold and stringy. So disappointed!
We enjoyed the food. It was a qui8ck trip so we had chicken tenders and it was very juicy. Usually chicken tenders are very dry, but these were very fresh and tasty. Also enjoyed the mac and cheese and coleslaw.
This place sucks! I ordered an 8 piece meal with sides totaling $28. After ordering and paying for it I was told that they were out of original white meat and it would be over 45 minutes before it would be ready. They asked if I wanted all dark meat I said, “no”. They didn’t offered me white meat extra crispy, I agreed to take it. When I arrived home I opened up the bucket of chicken to discover one chicken breast, one chicken leg, one chicken thigh and the rest wings! I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this franchise! I will no longer purchase food from KFC and highly recommend that you check your meals before you leave.
Worst experience at a KFC ever. The chicken breast was so tough it was inedible and the fries were stale and equally too tough to eat. A call to the manager revealed that I would need to come see a manger on Monday but they did not issue refunds. Very unsatisfactory.*The store manger emailed me and very graciously offered a replacement meal and a refund. She made it right, and I was pleased with the customer service.
I keep telling myself I am not going to eat at KFC anymore lately the chicken has not tasted very well I bought a chicken sandwich hard as a rock couldn't eat it ended up throwing it out cost me $5 to do that. The store also offered Taco Bell stuff and ended up ordering a burrito which was okay
Rat/roach infested black mold in places. Left over chicken from previous shifts used to make the pot pies. Calcium filled water for your mash potatoes. List goes on. Manager Monique extremely unprofessional as well. Surprised it's still up and running.
Be careful if you ever wanna work here !!! I worked there in December and never got a pay check from them !!! I’m still waiting on it as of 03/20/22!! They keep telling me what day too come in too pick up my check i come in on that day and then the highest manager Mo will yell and say it’s not ready yet!! ITS BEEN SINCE DECEMBER HOW IS IT NOT READY!!
They got our order wrong and my husband found a hair in his food, which didn't match any of our hair. Called the manager and she did nothing to make it right. This place needs some serious work. Won't be going back anytime soon.
