The staff is decent their food has went up I'm not happy with that but I guess with the cost of fuel I've got to expect that I ordered a little John which was usually $3 and some cents and the new price is almost $5 I was kind of shocked for the size of the sandwich so it's probably the last time I'll eat there but don't get me wrong the food's good
I have ordered several times from here and no problems. But the one time they screwed up my order and sent me a sub without any meat. So I called and let them know my kids sub was not what I ordered and they refused to fix the problem and offer a new sub and they also refused to refund the money for the sub they messed up on. Basically super bad customer service and in the end they will not fix their mistakes and will make you pay for something you never ordered but will happily take more money from you to replace what you already paid for. Terrible customer service. I will not order from this store again nor would I recommend.
The sandwiches are the same as every other Jimmy John's, the kids that work at this one are so obnoxious makes it hard to eat there.Never a good experience and they are always rude. If you ask for something to be changed on your order you usually have to go back up and have them fix it. Shlotzskies down the road has much better service..

Fast, friendly, never hwd any issues other then opening right before lunch. Some of us work super early and have lunch 9am/10am.
False advertising on my Google maps timeline. I'm not following them I've written hundreds of reviews and thousands of photos I don't need this kind of spam in my Google maps timeline. The amount of reviews and photos I've given Google should be paying me not looking to spam me with ads. Because of this I will never try Jimmy John's. I won't even give you a chance because you have offended me
They don't sell sprouts anymore and that makes my heart sad, but their new sliced wheat bread more than made up for it ? could only be better if their chips didn't have stupid dairy in them. What is even the point in salt and vinegar chips?!? I'll never know and even Lay's has yet to explain it to me
Make sure you tell them what you don't want on a sandwich before you pay. Unless you like being yelled at and berated by a 30something sandwichmaker.I'll stick to Jersey Mike's in Sierra Vista.
