Excellent service! Employee had excellent people skills who served me! Food was delicious and nice and warm!
Fries were a bit overdone but that's to be expected at this time of day. Over all it was good, employees were approachable. I will say when I pulled up multiple staff members were on a smoke break which is totally fine, but when they all re entered the building all I could smell was cigarette smoke.
Grabbed a quick breakfast and was totally impressed by the service and sourdough bacon egg cheese sandwich. Bread toasted not microwaved, potatoes hot, not greasy, Refreshing change from usual fast food experience.
Managers here dont know there place. If an altercation happens outside. ITS IN YOUR RULE BOOK TO STAY INSIDE AND BOT GET INVOLVED. YOU NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE. *I ALMOST SHOT YOUR WORKER FOR WALKING UP TO MY CAR WINDOW YELLING AND CUSSING FOR ME HONKING MY HORN AFTER SITTING IN YOUR DRIVE THRU FOR 15 MINUTES WITH NO SERVICE.DO NOT GO HERE. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH AND LUCKY THEY DIDNT END UP ON THE GROUND. IM A LICENSED HOLDER AND VETERAN. WAY TO BE DISRESPECTFUL.ILL CONTINOUSLY CHECK BACK AND LEAVE THIS REVIEW. STOP ERASING THE TRUTH.
My friend and I ordered food at the Sierra Vista location in AZ. The wait for the food was 20 to 25 minutes long. In addition the food order was wrong and absent. The burger was the wrong and the tacos were not even in their boxes. No manager was in the store and know one knee what to do or say. Where is management?Poorly, run Jack in the box.

Tried their tacos. I dig em. Cheap and plentiful. Last I went in with an online order and it became complicated but we got our food. All in all. I'm happy.
Typical greasy spoon type food though the loaded mini tacos were good.
Stopped by to grab lunch and was greeted by friendly staff. Thanks to Leslie and Sebastian for taking our orders!
