Went thru the drive thru line today and the girls working there had serious attitudes. They sounded like they were mad because they had to serve me by the tone of their voice and when my food was ready the young lady at the window all but threw my bag of food at me. The food was good but the service and attitude of the workers there was pretty bad. Don't know if I will ever return!!
Great food pretty good on order time and decent price for the meal so I am happy ? with the service.
I've had goods and bads with this place, the food is usually just fine. But there have been multiple accounts where I had food missing after going through the drive through (mind you there is never a line as I go here after work after midnight when I do eat here)Every other time I'm missing at least one food item or something is wrong with my order. There was also an instance where I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no response even though they were clearly open, as there was a car outside and I saw someone inside. I'll also add that Google said that location was open for another few hours as well. The real kicker is as I was giving up and leaving, another car pulled in and had their order taken instantly!If you can I would recommend going to the location by the Sierra Vista mall. I've never had issues at that one.You would honestly get more business closing this location and giving the location at the mall more staff.
The food was super fresh and hot. Very quick and the servers were very pleasant and respectful.
I ordered a cheeseburger combo in the drivethru and they asked me to pull forward and wait. I waited 20 MINUTES after I had already paid for them to bring out my food. It wasn't the first time they asked me to pull forward to wait for a small meal, it actually happened every time I went up to my last visit, but the 20 minutes was the last straw for me. I am so tired of fast food places in Sierra Vista that engage in this practice - they take your money and then ask you to pull forward and wait - and this Jack in the Box spot is the worst that I've encountered. I dont have 20 minutes to wait for food when I have a 30 minute lunch; I went through the drivethru because it's supposed to be faster. Just avoid this place if you are in a hurry.
Its 1:24 and this guy wearing a adidas sweater he is on his phone and the chick is walking and in the bathroom. They are both on there phones. He does not look like he wants to be working. I have been waiting for my food since 1:15. I am not coming back, you guys don't deserve a star. That's why I'm giving you guys 0/100. And there was a guy sitting in the lobby weird at 1:24 not going back.
Lobby locked with no signs as to why, forced to go to drive thru and wait in the ridiculously long line..... had plenty of people inside, even one standing at the counter doing what seemed like... nothing.... poorly run and managed store. If you are a doorDashe driver, do yourself a favor and unassigned the call if this is a location that you're picking up from; you are going to wait 30+ minutes in the Drive-Thru, making pretty much any call not worth it
The food is actually decent here, just check for order accuracy. I love that they sell breakfast all day which is perfect if you miss every other reasonable priced restaurant (ahem fast food) for the am menu. I recommend getting the app! It's full of money saving deals!!
I ordered a grande sausage burrito. The standard price for that is like $3 something, but it cost $6 at this location.It didn't even come with the hash brown or bacon as promised. It was literally just eggs and one sausage. The eggs looked halfway between amateurish chicken and actual cat food. It also had these weird disgusting globules in the mix of eggs.This location will also routinely mess up any order that isn't an exact menu item, even simple stuff such as a hamburger with just bacon.The wait times are so long, I'm downright convinced that literally only two people work here at any given time.The fries are always, and I mean always, covered in crumbs of burnt grease.Always a bad experience going here.
Pretty bad when you show up and they can only serve deep fried items and nothing off a grill. The excuse was the cook didn’t show up. So management can only train one person to do one job a time. Horrible.
