The staff always greets is with a smile, and a readiness to serve. They add value to the experience, and insight to the menus offering options for newcomers. We've become regulars there and always look forward to going again. Fastest drive thru service I've experienced and most friendly staff by far. A true 10/10 coffee experience I will be bringing all my friends here
Good coffee, but terrible management of traffic flow. The cars waiting take up a HUGE portion of the shopping center driveway. It also takes entirely too long just to get through the drive-through. Sat in a backup of cars for over 20 minutes AFTER having my order taken. I was also irritated when the guy who was going to take my order jumped over to the car next to me to take their order because they hollered, "Peanut!" and he got all excited and ran over to take his friend's order. Won't be coming back, won't recommend to anyone.
Coffee is pretty tasty. Employees, though young, seem to be nice and polite too. My real gripe is how they pressure you to tip. I can only remember coming here twice and not being pressured. Some are more casual and nonchalant about it while others just keep at it and make it feel weird. It’s starting to become rather uncomfortable and frankly, it’s a real turn off to the point I almost don’t even want to come back. While I don’t mind giving a tip for good service, please don’t force me and don’t make it weird. Sometimes I don’t want to tip or spend any extra money particularly when I spend almost $30 on coffee and treats.
Stopped in to get some smoothies. Got in the shortest line in the drive through. The one girl in the line I was in with 3 cars mine being 4 had to bounce from line to line because the other girl was busy talking to other person in one car(looked like a friend) followed it with in 1 car from the window meanwhile I set there while the person that should have been taking my order took all the cars in both lines and then took 2 cars from the other line ,that got there about 10 minutes after me ahead of me. Then when we got close to the window (after 20 minutes) they had messed up 2 orders in front of us and thank God , someone inside decided to send runners out. Ordered a strawberry smoothie and didn't even taste like strawberry. It was nasty. Next time I'll just take my $7 per person to another place.
every single time i come here, the employees are SO kind and amazing. i have to give a special shout out to Charlissa (SO sorry if i’m butchering the spelling of your name!) i was having a really bad day and talking to her just turned it around. so kind and sweet and it just goes to show that you never know what someone is going thru and kindness goes such a long way. THANK YOU! oh also the drinks are delicious ?
It was my first visit. I went through the drive through, the line was long but moved quickly. I got a iced coffee, it was very good. The prices were comparable and the staff were great.
First time getting Dutch Bros, served by JaelinGreat customer service and drinkOnly wish they had nondairy and had more of a presence on the East Coast!
Staff is so friendly. What a great addition to Sierra Vista. And FINALLY another drive-thru coffee joint with super tasty selections!
These guys are THE BEST! We totally forgot to ask for DECAF, they remade our drinks at no extra cost! And also gave us the ones that they already made ?Highly appreciate you guys. Definitely coming back againBTW Kicker is the best , totally recommend if you didn’t try it
Love the coffee, the staff is friendly and I've waited longer in line for a coffee. My drink is a 32oz nitro infused cold brew no ice. Sad i have to pay an upcharge for a third of a can of nitro to fill to the top. Then they don't even give me the rest of the can! Do you toss it? I paid for it, so it's cool if you just pass it along... It is what it is and i still pay for it because it's my drug. Give me my can and you'll get your 5 stars! Yay Dutch Bros!
