Out of the Dunkins that I've been to, this location has yet to mess my order up by forgetting one of my items. It only gets four stars though because occasionally the coffee comes out tasting different than usual.
I hate Sierra Vista so much. I was so excited to see that they had something besides McDonald’s so I ordered on the app. DD, why do you allow civilians to order on the app if we can’t even pick it up? Why is this on the base, seriously?!?Tell your UX team to design a button that ask if you are military or not.Update: Dunkin gave me a gift card to use at another location so I’m happy about that, just would have been nice to know this location is on a military base before I placed the order.
I've been a few times. My orders been messed up more often than not items are forgotten and I'm typically told that they are out of things. Unfortunately it was the only quick drive through.
Donuts are dry and seem like they are at least a day old. Coffee is mediocre at best.
Amazing coffee we don’t have dunkin in the state I live in so coming here for my first time I am glad you didn’t dissapoint
Visit just about every morning. Employee's are always pleasant. The coffee is always hot. Thank you Ft Huachuca Dunkin for the great start of my day.
First time trying Dunkin and I actually loved my experience. At first, when I bit into the donut I was disappointed because there was no cream but half way through there was enough cream which made the donut perfect. I only wish they add more cream so it balances out. Went great with my iced coffee sugar cookie cream. And the price is very reasonable. For a small and donut I only paid less than $6 which made me question starbucks.
Edit: They still like to close early and not actually work. Right now it is 12:06 it was 12:01 when I walked into the dunkin donuts. I was told they were not taking any more customers even though there were 3 people in line. And they close at 2pm according to their posted hours08/14/21: Maybe stick with the hours you have posted instead of closing early. I wasted gas and time driving there.
