Food is decent. But I have a particular issue where I order (extra) hot sauce on my pizza. And 9 times out of 10, they leave it off and I still get charged the cost of two extra toppings. The pizza is good for the price, the staff is friendly, but the repetitive lack of attention to detail is really frustrating.

They messed up my order cause my pizza didn't have cheese just only Pepperoni plus I wanted it hand tossed but instead they made it thin and on top of it it was Burnt
Messed up simple order supreme pizza with jalapenos. Received cheese (very little) with few jalapenos. Mgr said they could send new one out in 20 minutes or give us credit towards next order. Argued and got full credit.
We just ordered $90 worth of hot and tasty. Well worth it!

Friend and I placed an order and after waiting over 30 minutes after we got the text saying the food was on it's way, we got concerned the delivery driver got lost and called to check in. Those workers had the phones ringing like crazy and our driver, Kian, was stuck with a handful of orders to deliver. I totally understand the craze of customer service and the food industry so I give these workers props for staying kind, professional and efficient with the rush they are going through. Thank you to all the workers for helping us who decided we didnt want to cook dinner! ?
This is the best domino's around, consistently delicious and well made pizza. Even tonight on an exceptionally busy night with what looked like some new additions to their staff they were so courteous and made sure I was taken care of.
