He people here don’t know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t recommend. I called to get a price of a pan of baked beans and after 10 minutes they still couldn’t answer the question. Wanted me to drive 10 minutes to them to find out and order
Yeah, not impressed. Had a big contract with them to support an official Army event. They totally dropped the ball. They were supposed to deliver the food - we had to go get it. We were supposed to have a variety of meat - They gave us pork only and it was a day old. They were supposed to have 2 vegetarian meals - They did not and the guys said he didn't even have the ingredients. And they're expensive - $20 a head for lunch. Will never use them again!
The staff here are pretty apathetic. I came in to place an order and asked about their app but they acted like they had no clue about the app or the corporate promotions.“This is actually my first time ever seeing the app” and then “We don’t know anything about a corporate promotion”How do you work here but know NOTHING about your stores products, promotions, or policies??

I had an early dinner at Dickies tonight...let me say that I have had BBQ all over...Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida (yes, Florida has very decent BBQ, don't count them out! ?)...Dickies is right up there with the best of them...the beef brisket is awesome... all of the sides and cornbread were very good, with the exception of the creamed spinach which I would have given six stars if I could have. The servers were all very friendly and helpful, although one young lady seemed a little sad...but she was a cutie, so I let it slide (we all have those days ?♂️). I will be coming back 100 percent certain!
If I could leave 0 star's I would. This place is horrible, expensive ( all prices are blocked out) and the kids that run it are rude!! And if people think that it's bbq I feel bad for them! Fast food bbq shouldn't be a thing.
Brisket was dry. Ribs were awesome. Forgot the Mac n cheese. Ceasar salad came with no salad dressing. Jalapeño beans were made with black pepper. Wow is about all I will say.
It looked like the guys had a late start today. The ribs weren't ready (the main reason I went there today) the sausage was luke warm. And no jalapeno beans.........The guys were apologetic but for $18, I was a little disappointed.
I love the staff that works here. I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in. They talked me through the menu and let me sample some of the meats. Really good place to sit down, relax and eat good bbq!
Ordered through Postmates and we didn’t even get half of our order. Postmates wasn’t all that helpful so I called Dickey’s directly and they were quick make it right for me. They went above and beyond. Awesome customer service! And of course the food is good
