This midwest fast-food chain always delivers, when we visit Sierra Vista. The place is the busiest in town, yet the service is always great and the staff is always professional and friendly. I typically enjoy the 10-piece Shrimp Combo basket with Chili substituting for the coleslaw. See Pic. Unfortunately, they only gave me 8 shrimp this last time. I could not have eaten the other two that were missing. The rest of our complicated order was correct. Thus, still a 5-star for me. However, they do owe me 2 shrimp ? ?!
I came here for three first time with the intention of just getting ice cream. I ended up ordering a butterburger and it was so good. Much better than what I expected. I also got a scoop of vanilla with whipped cream and it was fantastic. Super creamy and delicious. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I think his name was Dylan. Awesome experience. I will be back.
They could teach the military and government a thing or two about how to run things.This place was busy as heck but moved everyone through the lines (inside and out), helped people with questions, and brought stuff to the table with speed, professionalism, and ease.Everything came nice and hot and freshly cooked. The food tasted great. The restaurant is clean.I'd definitely go again!
Delicious burgers and staff that want you to come back. Many can make a hamburger, but the staff we interacted with were enthusiastic, friendly and knows what it takes to create return customers. Drive through was quick and easy.
Culver's I'm Sierra Vista is a place we trust for cleanliness, quality and customer service. On this trip we got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries and a sweet tea, a spicy crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings and a soda, plus an order of cheese curds. You can't go wrong with cheese curds they're always delicious. I ordered my crispy chicken with mayo and pickle only which they got correct. I would have liked a little more mayo or atleast to have it on both sides but this is a minor issue. The chicken is ok, it has some flavor and is a reasonable thickness but I've definitely tasted better at other fast food chains. My husband felt mostly the same about his sandwich especially that it was quite dry. The onion rings were good, I liked the flavor and that they use thin slices of onion in them. The drinks were as would be expected nothing much to report there. The gal who greeted us via speaker in the drive through sounded professional and friendly. The gal at the window (not sure if same person) was also friendly. They had us pull forward and it took a reasonable amount of time, nothing excessive. The guy who brought our food to the vehicle was polite as well. We will be back.
I thought Culver's was a restaurant. It is fast food, but it is great and the staff was incredibly friendly. They really take care of you. We dined in, but when we came out, I noticed the drive thru was very busy.
First time coming to this place. The staff is very friendly and service was fast. The food was very good and the atmosphere was comfortable. I love the variety of their menu.
Being from the Midwest, I was pleasantly surprised to see Culver’s in the southwest. This location stacks up. The food is consistently high quality and the staff are great. It is the busiest location I’ve ever seen!
The burgers and custards are the best! Service was quick and friendly. Our food was brought to us quickly and it was hot and good. I'd recommend everybody try their burgers & build your flavor custard cups!
I have never been before and today I ordered the Fish sandwich, fried Wisconsin cheese curds and a root beer float. Their food was nothing short from absolutely amazing. Five stars all the way. Food was fried to a golden perfection, non greasy, great price and the customer service was so nice.
