Whenever I'm on the north side of Sierra Vista, and really hungry, I like to stop into this Chipotle for a meal. The other week as I was dining in, eating a veggie bowl, I wondered how they were able to find such a good crew of employees who really cater to your every food desire, and have fun doing it. I don't recall anyone's name specifically, but I have to say the employees / team at this store really do a superb job. I have to give credit to management also for keeping up high standards.
Amazing TEAM, Smiles every time. Food is fantastic, fresh, made to please! Weird to think that great people working in the service industry actually enjoy their jobs. These people prove that!
When I walked in to order and he called me Boss, I thought oh that’s nice. When another gentleman walked in and he called him Boss, I thought oh he calls everyone Boss. The third, fourth, and fifth times he called me Boss, I thought okay the novelty has worn off. The fiftieth time I heard Boss in the fifteen minutes I was in the restaurant I thought he might be leading a psyops experiment investigating new torture methods a la the Chinese water variety.Food was fine.
Pulled up during the lunch rush, all the staff seemed to be 25 or under but handled it like some veterans. Good food as well.
Good service and great tasting food. I recommend their burritos or their rice bowls with all the ingredients that you can possibly add to it.
I went there for my first time because I wanted some nachos. That wasn’t on the menu so I ordered a bowl. The food was good but the rest of my experience wasn’t. No one asked if I was dining in or out. They just stuffed my order in a bag to go. The music was too loud. There was trash and food on the tables and the floor. I seriously doubt whether I will go back!

Chipotle is giving out baby sized burritos with undercooked rice. I’m not mad, but extremely disappointed. I expect at least some pride in their work. #dobetter
The customer service skills are lacking. I visited today and the server made me feel like a product going down an assembly line, instead of a human. She was in a rush and had no intention to create the bowl as desired by a paying customer. I was ordering a steak bowl and when we got to the bean selection, I said half/half, and before I could finish informing her to drain the beans well, the young lady starting slapping the beans in the bowl. I informed her I was trying to ask her drain the beans well. I informed her to cancel the order and instructed her to have a nice day, even though mine was messed up by her not listening to the paying customer. Unfortunately I had to give a one star rating to leave the review. Zero stars is more appropriate to the situation. I ended up going to Panda, opposite result there. Panda listens and the experience at Panda was Excellent.
Everytime I visit they're quick, helpful and my food is great. It's clean and really so busy that you wait for long. I almost always choose to order online and pickup. It's very efficient.
