Terrible free wifi policy, so bad I would not recommend eating at any Chilis due to the over complicated sign up process and invasion of privacy, hello at mobile number AND email? Plus it still was never clear if you were connected to the network. Just an over complicated, poorly implemented and none intuitive system

The waitress we had, was so so, she did ask twice how it all was, but we had to flag down someone else to get more napkins. Awesome food there.

After getting seated and waiting 15 minutes we had to seek out a server. Our server was pleasant and attentive once she took charge of our table. Back of the house was slow in getting food to us. Server provided us with free chips and salsa for our wait. Two of three entrees were really good. The third contained potato and cheese soup with was all cheese and extremely gummy. The poor entry was complimented and an additional military discount was applied. So said to see the lack of pride in ownership in chain restaurants.

The reason for knocking off two stars is simple. One star for the wait. The wait for your food. The wait for a printed receipt. Constantly waiting. You need 2 hours to sit down, get your food, eat, pay, and leave.Another star for them bringing out a bowl of tortilla crumbs. If you're lucky enough to get some full sized cuts, be careful; too much salt on chip (let alone salsa) and it breaks in half. And another thing. The spinach queso is quite tasty but you better be ready to do some stirring because the cheese on top will most likely have cooled and those chips don't stand a chance of punching through the top layer of cheese.Aside from that, the food was great. It's just the little things that make the difference in a dining experience. But if no one tells the establishment about the little things they become big things.

I met my daughter and grandson here for lunch. We started with the fried pickles. Neither one of us cared for them. The pickles themselves were not good. I had the shrimp fajita special. It was good. Came sizzling hot to the table. It was a lot of food for the price, especially these days. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla and chips with salsa. She really liked it. My grandson had the mac n cheese with mandarin oranges. He loved it. The staff was wonderful and atmosphere comfortable. I recommend it.

One of our favorite places to eat. I try to get different items on the menu each time we go but always have the mango iced tea (LOVE IT). My fiance gets the choose any 3 meal. Our kids (5&8) usually eat all their food and then some when we ordered off the kids menu, so now we order them food from the regular menu. 3 yr old still only eats his fries. They let us know with the kids menu you can order an extra side for 1.00 for next time. Had dessert for the first time though, loved the cheesecake!

We arrived at 11:00 for lunch, there was only four tables being sat at. Five wait staff plus a bartender were in the dinning are/bar. Yet, we had to wait 15 to be seated after the hostess acknowledged we we're there.. not sure what that was all about???Then, our waitress came, slinging an attitude and talking as though she was half drunk or stoned, with a high pitched fake voice as if trying g to be quite, she wasn't. She stopped by the table only to drop apps, food and ice tea. We had to flag someone down just to get our receipt printed.Truthfully, this place was awful, besides being filthy dirty.....Not impressed, Go Somewhere Else!!!

I ordered food for curbside pick-up and they forgot to put one item of my order inside the to-go plate. They put too much emphasis on getting the order out quickly just to give me an incomplete order. From now on, I will treat Chilli's as fast food restaurant and will inspect all items before I pay for my order. Or will not order from this venue at all.

We had a good experience here. The food at chili’s is good but nothing amazing. We had the queso dip and wings. The dip was good but I think it could have been a bit more cheesy. The wings were average wings. Service was attentive and prompt. Like I said, it’s a Chili’s. Not one of my favorite places, but we had a gift card to use.

The servers were nice but that was probably the best of the visit. Our dinners were late, something was missing off of almost all of our plates, some of the food was stone cold, and we were misinformed about the availability of some of the menu items. After that we found we were over charged about 5 dollars over various items their menu said came with the dishes we ordered. Over all not the best first impression. Would consider going again to see if it was a fluke. The food that was given and made right was good. Sorry chili.
