Always something COLD on my hot made to order food!! They keep their breakfast sandwiches for 10 min before they toss em out, so that means you will be getting an old been sitting there sandwich!! The bacon is not hot it's made days in advance... The people that work there are pathetic.
This store has employees that sigh if the order is too large. They make comments saying "they shouldn't be allowed to order over $30." They do not honor the BK app deals. Horrible customer service. Always mess up our order.
Just had a great experience in the drive thru. Really friendly and fast service.
I don't know who is worse. McDonald's or Burger King when it come to getting my order right. Food is ok. Tasted better years ago when whoppers were a dollar ?
Why are these places so expensive. Good food but not worth the price.
Not sure why but I always get sick after eating at this location, we have tried 4 times. I have eaten at other locations in the past, not sure if it is bad luck or something else.
The lack of A/C made it so hot and so uncomfortable to dine in. The tables aren't clean which is so disgusting. And there is way too much yelling in the kitchen. Another time I asked the short white lady named Cathey for a remake because I had very black charred bun, they took it back in but when I got it back it was the exact same bun. Over all, this is the worst experience I've had at this BK. The one in Douglas is so much better and better customer service.
Horrible experience. Tried using the BK app for my son to place an order. The app advertised a discount price for a meal if ordering using the app. When I went to checkout, there was an "error". Went into the store and they refused to honor the price. The manager on duty said they don't have any affiliation with the app itself and can't help me unless I have a coupon. Might as well be bait and switch to get us to pay full price at the store! I know enough about retail to know that there's a way to honor advertised prices with pretty much any retailer. Perfect example of poor customer service and management. Beware!
Me and my wife walked into this dining establishment. 1st off the cashier was extremely rude. Sticky floor, every table was dirty. When I got my food the tray was slimy underneath. Haven't even tried the food yet. Lol
Charging +50% on online orders in app and through delivery. What a joke. I sincerely hope you go under and close with how hard you you try and steal from people.Yes, they will upcharge you 50% on all orders because this location is bad at life.
