Ran into issues with employees processing my son's gift card. The management and employees were so apologetic with the issue. They ended up giving him his food for free because we waited so long. Great example of customer service. The employees on duty today should be commended.
Went here twice in the last two weeks when it was supposed to be open and it's closed. No sign on the door or anything. Update your hours.

Every single time I’ve been here it has been 20+ minute wait. Today I waited 25 minutes and my order was wrong. And it’s only for 3-4 cars in line! New management needed ASAP.
