I had high expectations going into BWW but when we arrived at 1600 the place was dank and smelled life a place that had not opened the windows in a while. We were seated none the less and I started looking at the menu, meanwhile my wife started to point out just how nasty and dirty the table was. The table was sticky and the screen of the monitor at the table was nasty looking with gunk on it. We asked to be moved and the next table was not much better. The food was not bad but unfortunately we will not be back. If the dining area is that poorly kept I can just imagine the kitchen. It was disappointing as I normally love BWW. The three stars are because the server was nice and the food was good.
Ignored at the hostess stand for a few minutes, even though four people walked past me. Eventually got seated at the bar. Bartender was good. Food was good. Had loaded pretzel knots or something, and 10 wings. They were closing at 10pm, which didn’t matter to me, but seemed odd that last call was at 8:30. Again, didn’t matter to me, just thought it was odd.
Don't get the bird Dawgs unless you like disappointment. Absolutely disgusting. I don't usually go so extreme in my reviews, but it tasted like our 2 inch tenders were microwaved. Our 6 inch bun was burnt on the inside and soggy on the outside.. no slaw, no cheese, a dime sized splash of the wrong sauces, cold fries. Literally just gross. Won't even give it to the dogs.
Went there in person, waited 20 minutes to be seated jus to wait another hour for our food which was under cooked and not what we ordered. Mind you there were only 2 other people ordering in the restaurant. Staff didn't mind to us at all. Over all spent 90 minutes just to eat wings that they didn't even have in stock. It's a wing place with no wings in a Tuesday at 1pm????? Then I tried door dash a week later. They forgot half my order! Literally the worst BW ive ever been too. Would not return if they paid me. Do not waste your time here.
Eaten at this location several times. Staff is very friendly and food is always great. Always find myself leaving a bigger tip than I expected. Have sat in and done takeout and both are always fresh and great!
I ordered food from the Buffalo Wild Wings online app to be delivered. After over an hour my food was never Delivered. It was marked as Delivered but never even picked up. I confirmed this with Buffalo Wild Wings that my food was still there. I was told by the managers of the store it was MY responsibility to reach out to the third party delivery company they contract with to get my food delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I didn’t order from the third party delivery company, I ordered from the official Buffalo Wild Wings app.
Absolutely delicious food, our waitress was really peppy and bubbly but the fries were just doused in cheese which is a bit gross but, overall 4/5
Walked through the door, waited 7 minutes to be seated. After sitting down, I waited 30 minutes and no one came to my table. After getting frustrated, I walked up to a manager and asked them how to go about getting food. I explained that I had been waiting for 30 minutes. The manager had someone come over....When they brought out the food, the fries were missing ?. I had to make a separate order for the fries, no big deal, my issue was the wait.Coming from a generally busy area of the US, I can almost understand why the quality of service would be a little lower. But not this low, the place wasn't busy.The other issue is that there are ferlw to no BWs near here so I guess we are stuck with this one(I lost my longer reviewthat was more detailed)When you decide to go to this location, keep your expectations low.To add to this, the table next to me asked for their server to be changed because they kept asking for ranch and napkins but no one ever did anything about it.Good luck

Showed up on the Sunday of the Daytona 500 to watch the race. The restaurant was almost completely empty. No one at the bar, not a bar tender in sight. Less than 10 tables seated. Asked for a table for 2. Said it would be a 20 minute wait. For an empty restaurant? During a major sporting event? I don't know what staff issues you guys are having but need to get it sorted. Walked out and went elsewhere. This is also the 3rd time I've come in the middle of the day to this same situation. Complaining this time because you should of been staffed and operational.
