I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal thru their drive thru. When I got home and sat down to eat, the chicken tasted very dry and tough to chew, like it had been sitting put for awhile. The top bun literally fell apart and the curly fries were very stale and Not hot.
We both had curly fries. It looked as if they scooped up all the scraps and refried them. Nothing but a bunch of small, burnt pieces. Thank God the Waygu burgers were good. No bell was rung on this day.
Love me that Arby's! Would have guven5 stars but one sandwich was definitely not hot, or even warm!!¡
Staff was polite. Drive thru had good audio, and service was fast.
Drive thru COKE tastes MOLDY! Clean your fountain nozzles! For ppl with mold allergies this is a serious situation!
Grandkids got chicken nuggets meal which were all breading and very little chicken sandwiches were okay bread was very crumbly and fries were warm at best.
I purchased 2 fish. 2 for $6. One was spicy, the other was crispy. They were both inedible. I took one bite of each and left them on the table. Tasteless and greasy. I wouldn't feed these to a dog. I don't care if your food is $3. or $30. , try to put QUALITY first.
They have the meats! Pretty tasty, always consistent. Service is hit and miss.
Very poor drive through experience. Was not informed that the two for $6 Fish Sandwich deal was the way to go when I was charged over $8 for ONE sandwich an a medium tea. When I asked for clarification the window employee said, “I see what happened.” Then closed the window. No explanation. No, “For $1 more you get a second sandwich.” I guess I’ll eat my almost warm heat lamp sandwich and not go back.
Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there food and they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called to tell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible and proceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second time trying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanest facility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility that a bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention of hearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with me but he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, but after his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve him dealing with customers.
