People don't go here unless you want clogged arteries and heart disease. The food they brought out was so oily, like they did not balance anything at all. The mushrooms literally had no flavor, and normally mushrooms are supposed to soak up flavor. It was so salty and oily I almost threw up after consumption. The way they prepped everything was disgusting and I do not recommend this to anybody with health problems. ???
The service and the food is usually good. Even curbside pickup ordering is easy and convenient for us. I tend to try a different entree every time that I visit this place.
We had a party of 10, we got right in. Our server was really the best, we enjoyed the meal. The 2 for 25 deal is really nice, and the service was quick.
The wait staff was very kind and friendly. We each ordered a steak medium and one was medium well and the other was rare... Other than that the customer service was top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here :)
I like Applebee's and the Sierra Vista location is good. The restaurant is a bit small so the place is louder than I like and a bit less intimate than some of the other Applebee's I've been to. Good service with a fair price. A good selection of food though I was craving fish and chips and they were out. I've knocked them down to 3 stars because of not having what I wanted. The waitress was a bit busy and not too personable. This Applebee's has the potential for at least 4 stars but not the day I went.
We enjoyed our meal and service tonight. We like the 2 for $25 or 2 for $29 meals. So we shared the appetizer of spinach & artichoke (so good). I think they are reasonably priced,
Was busy when we got there but they sat our large party pretty quick. Wings were fresh and beer was really cold. Server was really friendly. If u love Applebee's this is one u wanna stop at.
I had a good time at Applebee's. Somebody took me there for my birthday. True it is very much just a plastic chain restaurant. However the food was really good and the waitress was nice. And there aren't that many restaurants in a city this big I can't believe it. Way better than Denny's. But still just a plastic National corporate chain.
Terrible experience. Definitely not what it used to be. Service used to be great. Food used to be good. Had to send my steak back twice. Apparently it is impossible to cook a medium rare steak. But really that wasn't the issue....It was the 7 staff sitting at a table laughing super loud and joking the entire time. Back when I worked there this was absolutely unacceptable. And should not be accepted by any restaurant. People coming to the restaurant are paying your wage. Don't sit there and ruin there time. Honestly I felt bad for the servers because the other employees are directly affecting them. So I gave the server a $50 tip. Never going back again.
To get my bias out of the way…I despise this kind of restaurant. Fake “family” restaurants that steal business from local places and smaller chains. However, I had an overall good experience here recently.I was given a gift card and ordered take out to use it up. I ordered nachos and the riblet platter with coleslaw and fries. I subbed waffle fries for the regular fries…allegedly. I entered my phone number so I could do carside pickup. I got a text saying to click a link to let them know I had arrived. The link did not work and said my order couldn’t be located. Thankfully the order went through and a phone call to the restaurant got my food out in no time. The food was packed well, and still hot when I got home. The riblets were fine, as were the nachos. However, they subbed my coleslaw instead of the fries. So I had fries and waffle fries. Facepalm. I considered complaining about it but didn’t want the “gift” of credit at Applebees to continue this mediocre saga.If you’re the kind of person who eats here, reconsider. You’re paying the same price you would for local food and a lot of it comes out of a microwave. Eat local!!!
