Most of the current employees seem a bit edgy and rude... except for one lovely lady who has been super sweet with our pup. She has a little darker tan like my daughter and is a 5 star employee. Ive had quite a few others who were a bit gruff or if you take a short minute more to try something new can try to penalize you oddly. Thanks to the lovely lady who loves dogs or I'd mark the current service and atmosphere much lower.
She got our order right (6 drinks)
There's a bit of waiting time. But the service itself has been great, and the people involved. I prefer this Starbucks over the one down the road, just a better experience overall.
THE BARISTAS WERE FRIENDLY AND SUPER FAST, THE JAVA TASTED EXCELLENT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO GO THROUGH AGAIN.
Didnt go here. Was at Bashas. I go to Dutch Bros over Starbucks
As always wonderful ?
Since moving here full-time Bahas' grocery store has been my go-to store for groceries and pharmacy. Yes, I occasionally am unfaithful and shop at Safeway and used to give an occasional visit to Whole Foods but Bashas' remains #1 for me! Today they proved why! I decided, at the last minute, that I wanted to gift a very special doctor with his favorite pastry...cannolis! Who knew that not only is Bashas' the ONLY cannoli availability but that Tom, the baker, was alone in the department today. I called him back (after trying Safeway and Whole Foods) and he told me that I'd be able to pick them upthis afternoon. THIS is why I am loyal to Bashas'...not only is their food and wine selection great BUT they always go out of their way to accomodate. With new ownership I sincerely hope that this store will remain what Eddie Basha created.
The customer service here was horrible. The barista was very blunt how how unhappy he was with the long line and how it will be busy all day. He was saying all the customers are rude right in front of the customers. Waited FOREVER for a regular coffee while listening to this guy complain. In my experience people will treat you with the same respect and cheer you give out.
Overpriced coffee. I know I don't have to go back, but it's convenient.
Starbucks inside Basha's grocery store is waaaay better then the actual Starbucks coffee shop down the street. Same coffee, but faster and friendlier service.
