I visited my local Starbucks this morning to get three pup cups and a iced coffee. The counter person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I left the store without any of the items I paid for due to the awful and uncalled for attitude of the counter staff member. My sister went inside to ask where our items where and was informed that we had been refunded and if she did not leave the store, the police would be called. I have never had such horrible service. I have tried to call the store a number of times to discuss this with a manager but no one ever answers the phone. This store is in a tourist town and we only have the one stand alone Starbucks. I am a local and I am also a tour guide. I will be advising all of my guests to go to other locals if at all possible.
Travelers and laptop users beware; the internet is down at this “internet cafe”. Their Wi-Fi network is still active, so you may be fooled into thinking there is Internet, like I was before I spent $3.57 on a coffee. Check before you get comfy.I was also disappointed that they do not offer a recycling bin. Fine, I’ll just do it myself, and take a star with me.The coffee was coffee.
We always cross our fingers that Jamie is working. Amazing customer service, great attitude, and a personality that makes the experience a little extra special. I don’t leave reviews often but I think it’s important to call out stand out workers like Jamie.
No internet. The server stated that the internet service has been down for a while. They are not allowed to put a sign up. Huh??? Come on, Starbucks, you can do better!!!
Some form of sign needs to be here to let people know there is no customer wifi. I attempted to go here to get some work done and after struggling for 25 minutes I went to the counter to be told there is no customer wifi. Wish I could have some of my time back, I would have went somewhere else and spent my time and money. You might want to reconsider this stance you’ve taken.
Arrived 30 minutes before posted closing time, the drive thru was blocked by a sign and building doors were locked, even though there were cars in the parking lot and an employee only door was wide open. Sad to see how inconsistent and in my opinion unprofessional this store is becoming day after day, seems like you can never know if this location will be open or not, because it seems like they close at whatever time they please, I wouldn’t waste your time or gas going here to check if it’s open, unless it’s on your way to somewhere. You should go to the Starbucks located inside safeway instead, while they close relatively early, they seem to be more consistent with being open.

Always closed for random reasons.Inside permanently closed, only drive thru so the line is always out into the street and takes an hour to get a coffee. Used to be a good Starbucks but not anymore.Go to the one inside safeway or Bashas if you don't want to wait in a drive through for an hour

Disappointed to find only drive thru was open. Coffee selection always over the top.
