Avoid this place. The ice cream is right out of a store bought container and the mediocre toppings are haphazardly tossed on top.
Two sizes of ice cream cups- the smaller was 6 oz. which was plenty-- staff packed the cup 100%- no sneaky short changing here
I realize a touristy place is expensive, but the ice cream was average, but waffle cone had no taste. I was disappointed overall. The staff didn't seem very happy either.
This ice cream is the best I have had! The service is perfect and the kids love the special attention given.
Yes, in the heat of the day you are driven to Sabrinas. Yes ice cream, yes, cold beverages , yet Shaved ice beckoned like a Siren of Greek Mythology. You hand over $9 for a helmet full of shaved ice with flavors so satisfying they should constitute a misdemeanor. Not sure whether to wear it overhead or take it internally for a cryogenic pre-freeze , it hits the spot. For a few minutes now the two of you are melting !

The best ice cream! Portions were very large. Patio seating was nice. Staff were very friendly. Open later than the shops around it, so it was a great last stop in Uptown.
I really wouldn’t recommend stopping by this place. Customer service was horrible. I asked for a cookies and cream malt and the employee rudely said they were out and wouldn’t answer anything in complete sentences. She would literally grunt in reply. It made me feel rushed and I got an ice cream I didn’t even like to get away from her presence. The ice cream is over priced and not very good. There are much better places for ice cream in Sedona than this.
