I always have liked McDonalds but this time when I had the "I want a McDonalds and Fries", I had my mouth watering for both. Drove up to the window and what a disappointment it was. The fries were half cooked (not the usual crispiness to them) and the Big Mac was just slapped together. When I opened the box, the patties were out of the bun, half in and half out. It was a mess. I realize it was noon but still.......... Will probably go back but not to this one on Grand and Reems.
The only McDonald's with a turquoise M.! Good usual quality.
Myself and a coworker got the Big Mac Bundle on Thursday. Still dealing with food poisoning on Sunday. I know it from was this restaurant because we both got sick and it's the only food we had in common.
Was charged 12 dollars for two bacon egg cheese biscuit s, seems a little pricey, check prices before you order at this location
Very disappointed in the service here. I've visited McDonald's from Compton to Chicago to Austin and Florida and have never been met with with so much anger from employees as this place. Not a single smile, not even a hello or even one acknowledgment. They stood there and stared at the wall and didnt even ask if I needed help. I finally said "hi, how are you doing? and they didnt even look up" Maybe they were mentally challenged and I didnt realize it and I do apologize sincerely if that's the case but maybe you should put them in the back of house instead of at the cash register then. They got my order wrong 3 times and I didnt even have any special instructions. I just asked for 3 combo meals, 2 for my boys and 1 for me, and they didnt get them right once. I eventually just settled. Maybe I expected more being from Phoenix. I just assumed people were friendly and laid back in Sedona but I couldn't have been more wrong. Not even the manager apologized or tried to make things right.
I guess you heard about the blue arches by now.Confirmed. In all other respects just like a well-run McDonald's. Arguably a little bit faster than average, too.
It's the only McDonald’s in the world displaying a turquoise logo! That's because when it was built in 1993, city officials asked to choose another colour as yellow was apparently clashing with the astonishing landscape surrounding the fast-food restaurant. Today, it became more of a tourist attraction but once you get in, it’s like any other branches. That being said, the place was very clean and you can enjoy a truly astonishing view!
Had to check out the McDonalds that had the turquoise arches. Got lucky and they made an extra strawberry shake and offered it to us so it didn't go to waste!
Fast and easy-to-use order. Had ample parking and seating space. Its the only McDee with turquoise logo! Do check with the store for the reason ?
Friendly staff and the only McDonald’s in America with blue arcs instead of the traditional yellow due to the city coding.
