We ate here 5 years ago, loved it but forgot about it and then stumbled on it again while looking for brunch on a Sunday after a beautiful hike. The food and service are...for lack of a better word...AMAZING!!!!! 100% recommend 10 times out of 10!!!!! P.S. Francisco gets 5 STARS!!!! HOLLAH!!!!

Fantastic service and delicious food! My husband got the chicken sandwich and I got the shredded beef tacos. Opposite ends of the flavor spectrum here lol. Beautiful presentation, huge portions and really good. No exaggeration, I'm literally writing this in the parking lot after the meal because I didn't want to forget. Highly recommend!

Amidst all of the closed restaurant (because of seasonal, Covid and Easter), this lovely location was one of only 4 opened in the area on this Easter Sunday. They were busy, running off their feet but friendly and efficient. The food was well presented and very tasty. We will go again on our next visit. Kudos to the hardworking staff!

Great food, and a nicely run place. The chimichanga with green sauce was really good.

Stopped here for lunch. I got shrimp fajitas and they were delicious. There was only one waiter working at the time but service was still very quick. They had a cool atmosphere and art there as well.

I don’t know how they have a 4-star rating. Our first time there and no one was in the place. We felt we’d get great service but it was quite the opposite. Waited for a while for server and even longer for drinks and there was just the 3 of us. We were never served chips and salsa, and paid $13 for a small dinner plate of Nachos Supreme!! Nothing supreme about this place.

Great atmosphere, the food was delicious and large portions. Our server was nice and attentive. However was not a fan of the tres leches cake

wonderful atmosphere & big portionsFrancisco provided a classic dining experiencewill return

Maria’s is tucked away in a strip mall next to the Chevron gas station called Castle Rock Plaza just off of Rt. 179. We were greeted and seated promptly. The dining area was very clean with plexiglass between booths. Our server was Willy who was very accommodating. Started with a Sauza Gold Grande Margarita with chips and salsa. Chips were warm and fresh, served with 4 different salsa’s. Our entrees were Chili Relleno and Nachos with Chicken. The Chili Relleno was the best I have ever tasted and the Margarita was delicious! If you enjoy authentic Mexican dishes you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had lunch here for the second time in 2 weeks today. The service by Francisco both times was excellent. She had the chicken burrito plate and I had the Grande Momma burrito ( the key word is "grande"- it's huge). Free chips and salsa and then hotter salsa, avocado sauce and pico di gallo. were served with the food. All were delicious. Ice water was served and we also had iced tea that was refilled promptly. The food was very hot and had very good taste and the portion sizes were generous. We will be coming back again!
