Like the food. However the staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly. They act like they can't be bothered and clearly hate their jobs. It's always empty when I have been there and I can see why. Doubt this place will be around long. What a bunch of jerks. Plus I saw a female employee behind the counter take a can of whip cream and stick it in her mouth and spray it. Gross. Right in front of everyone .
This place is really good. Was skeptical because of the reviews but decided to try it, couldn’t be worse than Taco Bell right? Pleasantly surprised this place was awesome. Tastes like true TexMex. Will definitely return and it was way cheaper than the other Mexican places in town!
I just took my first bite… I’m here writing a review. Was on a toss up between this place and two other Mexican restaurants. I Door Dashed my order and it was amazing can’t imagine it being hot and fresh. Rice Amazing! Beans Amazing! Tacos Amazing! Chips and Salsa AMAZING!
Excellent food. Great for a quick lunch when stopping in sedona. Definitely top notch customer service....they really made sure everything was correct!
Visiting from out of town. Stopped here for something to pick up real quick. Ordered menudo and tacos, menudo was not cleaned nor cooked properly. Also my total bill was $35 for 4 things… I’ve been having stomach issues ever since we ate there! Will never stop here again.
You should steer clear of this establishment. Instead, upgrade your experience to one of the other, better Mexican food restaurants and get your money’s worth. You’re worth it!I’ve had experiences with Filiberto’s in both Sedona and Camp Verde. Neither restaurant seems to outshine the other, however, I’ve had more experiences in Sedona which were negative than positive. The most glaringly negative experience was in April 2022 and needs to be made public to prevent similar behavior being exhibited toward other, unsuspecting customers in the future.I felt greatly disrespected by both the cook and the store manager (whom the cook called for approval to remake an inedible, $13+ plate of food I purchased the night before as they were closing.) Unable to get through on the phone, I saved my meal and returned the next day. After speaking to the manager on the phone about the situation, I was granted a remake.Thinking I had been properly taken care of, I tasted the remade meal, approving it for packing. After tasting it, the cook packed it up and sent me on my way. 7 minutes later while at my dinner table I open my meal, mouth watering, eager to begin. Imagine my shock, disappointment and dismay as I looked at my meal only to discover that I was staring at the same, inedible food from the night before. I was duped. The cook had switched the two meals and I was out two evening meals, the cost of the food, my time and my gas driving back and forth across Sedona to fix their mistake.I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied with the staff at Filibertos’ Sedona location and I can’t help wonder why they opted to ‘fake correct’ the order, make me wait for them to cook it and even allow me to taste it, before sneaking my original, returned food back into my bag. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I hope this review will be seen by as many of their potential customers as possible.I’m a human being who deserves respect, consideration and to get what I paid for. So do you. Sadly, Filiberto’s in Sedona has proven to be an epic failure on many fronts.Eat elsewhere.. You’ll be grateful you did. ?
$14 for a 2-ingredient quesadilla in a drive-thru (no drinks, no sides)? That's the end of that. Even for a tourist town, that's nuts. Swimming in so much greasy I couldn't even touch what was on bottom. The guac was almost a liquid consistency I've never seen, and I finally figured out it must be watered down. Really? Watered down? Also agree, we've been a few times now and staff has been indifferent on their best days, downright rude on the rest. As a local I find that a pretty stark contrast to most places in Sedona. Take out from a real restaurant won't take any longer as slow as they are, either. Drive on.
We like the Spoke and Wheel for great food, the family and group size dining area and convenient parking. Today was National Pizza day and just two of us. The pizza here is worthy of the celebration. There are many more items that I find worth the wait. The wait is the only negative, but all restaurants are under-staffed now. So, I would rather wait for the great food here.
While not stellar, the food is very tasty and a great bargain for Sedona. I like that you can get food when you want and they are fast compared to most other places here. I'm a repeat customer and will be until they screw up. Hopefully, they won't.
They open at 8:00. I show up at 8:10 and the girl tells me that it takes them at least a half hour to get set up. So why not open at 8:30? Or get here early enough to open at 8:00 and be prepared to serve?
