Gets one star because I have to put one. Flavorless, waxy, overpriced, unfriendly service. Ice cream is supposed to make you happy, not angry. A two scoop ice cream shouldn’t be two smaller scoops that make up the size of one. Future note to self…read the reviews before eating anywhere. There goes my paycheck with disappointing birthday ice cream.
Best coffee in town and behind. We also got the brownies to takeaway and there are delicious. I highly recommend the salted caramel latte. I have never seen a coffee made with so much love and care
By far one of the best ice cream places I have been to in a while! Nice and creamy and delicious! And she has desserts! Yum
We got the blueberry lemon and salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. So good! The ice cream was rich, it felt like eating cheesecake, yum!
The ice cream is amazing! They also have vegan options which is nice and for anyone with allergies their ice cream base isn’t made with eggs (unless it has baked good in it). Waffle cones have egg white! Also lots of gluten free options for dessert :)
We came in for cakes… I walked up to the counter and asked if there was just one line as it seemed the line was only for ice cream. Was told it was one line. Cool. Another couple came in and walked up and asked for cakes and was served at the counter by the same dude that told us it was one line. Didn’t say anything because by that time we were next in line. Ordered our EXTREMELY overpriced cupcakes and then went to check out. The lady literally pulled out 6 cupcakes from the glass and it was close to $75. The iPad asked for a tip and my friend declined. The lady promptly looked at us and said “oh , I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful”. Ate the cupcakes and they were 75% frosting. So annoying… I can understand higher prices, and being underwhelmed by the food… but the rude service killed the experience for me. I would never go back.
Overpriced and over hyped !!. I visited this place after seeing pretty photos of cupcakes (with cactus shaped icing) and their selection of cheesecake. Sadly, I was disappointed with the quality of dessert and staff behavior. The icing on the cupcakes was incredibly hard and it didn't have much flavor. The cheesecake tasted like cheap ones you get at some gas station. I ordered a 16oz latte and it was only half filledThe staff seem to be in a rush to get us out of the store.
I was so looking forward to this experience, it was on our Sedona must see and do list this past weekend! I love carrot cake! The Cowgirl Carrot Cake caught me eye immediatrly! It was dry and probably been on the shelf too long... very disappointed. ... the no flour chocolate cake was delicious.
Had a huge cupcake craving so we stopped here around 3pm on a Wednesday. There was a line out the door. Only one person was working but she was extremely nice. We ordered a wide array of pastries. Final price tag stung a bit but we were excited to try. I was starving so I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie to eat in the car. This FOUR DOLLAR small cookie wasn’t worth 25 cents. I felt so railroaded for paying so much for crap. The frosting on the Red Velvet cheesecake thing was good but not special. The cactus on their special cactus dessert is literally butter. Butter carved into cactuses! I paid $12 for their signature dessert and it has 3 carved cactuses of butter on top. Unbelievable in the worst way. This establishment should really be ashamed for charging such high prices for so little. And they should not leave one woman to take care of everything. Skip this place. Move on. You’re welcome.
I was here last year and had such a rude experience by the staff, I never thought I would return. Fast forward a year later, my daughter really wanted to come here so I reluctantly agreed. After all, I believe in second chances. The line was not too long on a Monday at 4:30pm. Stood in line for over half an hour. The woman behind the counter was by herself but at least she didn't have a mean attitude! Hopefully they got rid of that person. Ice cream was good. Got the salted caramel cheesecake for tomorrow. If it's terrible, I'll update this review but it looks delicious. Their wedding cake displays were gorgeous works of art.
