they do need to clean the glass that's between them and the customer. really dirty looks like it hasn't been wiped or cleaned in a week.

EAT AT MUCH BETTER LOCAL RESTAURANTS.I have been living in Sedona for the past 3 months and order a chicken bowl from chipotle every couple weeks. Everything started out great but then about a month ago, they started running out of food, severely limiting menu options. I'm talking like running out of chicken, rice, and tortillas. How do you run out of tortillas???Miraculously today, the full menu was available on the app. I ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken and double rice with fajita vegetables. When I arrived, to pick up my order, the place was filthy: dishes piled high on the tables and garbage everywhere. Maybe they are short staffed so that can get a pass. When I didn't see my order, I asked and was told they were out of fajita vegetables. Annoying but it happens, no big deal. My bowl was brought out to me and I drove home.I was excited to finally be able to eat a chicken bowl after so long of them running out of ingredients. I sat down and opened the bowl and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED. The portion size was insulting. Literally half the normal not-extra portion. I paid extra for a double portion and this is what I get? It's absolutely theft. If you were running out of food and cannot fulfil my order, then tell me, give me a refund, and let me go elsewhere. Now you have taken my money, given me something unsatisfactory for what I paid, and ruined my meal.I have contacted Chipotle corporate about this. Running out of food once is understandable. Running out day after day and now literally stealing from your customers is not a good look. Either your franchise owner/manager is incompetent or chipotle is a dead company walking. AVOID UNTIL THEY WORK OUT THEIR ISSUES.
Seriously, don’t come here. It doesn’t say on their website that they are only accepting online or door dash orders. No inside seating, at 8pm on a Friday when they close at 10pm. Did not say online that they were out of half of the things I ordered, still paid for all of it. Bowl was basically a third full. Tried to get a refund online and only got coupons that expire in 30 days. Extremely disappointed. Never coming here again.
I always order the Kids Build your Own meal with guacamole whenever I go to a Chipotle restaurant. Never disappoints! This Chipotle was busy but the food was excellent, and the views were nice too
My wife and I showed up at 8pm, which was two hours prior to closing. All of the staff was eating at one of the tables, which wasn’t an issue. They quickly got behind the counter without washing hands. We proceeded with our order and the girl doing our tacos gave up 1/3 the meat that we typically get, assuming because they were conserving till closing time since they didn’t want to have to cook anything else. We then went to pay and the other employee told us they were out of chips as I watched one of the other employees eating chips at a table. Never had such a bad experience at a chipotle.

Just like everywhere in town this place is understaffed and overwhelmed. Expect random closures, online orders only, and bitter staff. I've had some unbelievable experiences. But it's the only way your getting a reasonable meal in town under $10.

Online ordering only. Would have been helpful if they would have been unlocking the door and calling names, like their signs stated. Instead, you had to wait for them to put it on a shelf, inside their locked store, then see if it was your name, then try to get the attention of an employee when they came back with another order, to unlock the door and hand you your food. But obviously, you can't beat the views!
I put 1 star because the food I'd delicious, if you can get any. 2 hours before closing and they are out of half the items. I was also informed they were not going to be making more. 2 hours and several people in line. I sat for a moment to write this and saw several people leave. This is an interesting business Medel.
