The food is top notch and the service is excellent. You also get unbeatable views from floor-to-ceiling windows. However, none of this comes cheap.

My wife and I had breakfast here in the morning which was great a smoothy and a breakfast sandwich. So we went back for a dinner which was not the best meal. My wifes steak was very rare so rare that she had to send it back. Our server was great and very accommodating and also thought my wifes steak was under cooked. Well immediately after dinner my wife felt sick and was confined to the room. This is just one of the many issues with the resort. However fabulous views and locations.

The view of the red rocks is 'enchanting'. The low seating, the clattering of the busers, and the constant "who got what?" - not so much. Waitstaff is varied, the 'mature' primarily Latin servers were clearly professional, while many younger staff were untrained and obviously unsupervised. The food itself was variable; some dishes were excellent, while others were an embarrassment. For the same price you can eat at Rene or Lisa Dahl's restaurants and get the complete experience.

Upscale food offerings with knowledgeable staff and a great backdrop of the red rocks make this a memorable dining experience

The food is awesome, the views in the big room are wonderful but there is also a smaller room with a crackling fire that was so perfect for girlfriends to have a meal, or for a romantic time with your partner.

The portions are substantial, which is great fuel for the hikes and rides. The view is unsurpassed in the morning. Watching the sun come up and the hot air balloons floating by is a great way to start any day.

Che Ah Chi is an excellent restaurant within the Enchantment Resort only available to guests, and it definitely offers delicious breakfast and dinner options. Had the scallops, and they were perfectly seared.

We stopped by to reserve a table when we checked in, no issues, got a table on the patio for the time we wanted. After a long day trip from Scottsdale with sightseeing stops, we did not want to drive out to Sedona town to hunt down dinner. The setting is absolutely stunning. Soaring red rocks canyon view, it is a million dollar view. Our waiter hit the perfect 10. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. We got the giant scallops, sous vide lamb, and the Arizona wild mushroom gnocchi (so yummy). The heat lamp kept us toasty on a brisk Sedona evening. Very cozy. This rivals any Michelin star restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Vegetarians beware: the restaurant’s dinner menu is really not vegetarian/vegan friendly. We stayed at the resort and initially planned to eat at Tii Gavo but when we arrived we were told there was a new menu that did not include many of the vegetarian options that are shown online. We decided instead to eat at Che ah Chi. When we told our server we were vegetarian and asked if there were any vegetarian salads, she pointed to the salad section… in which every salad contained meat. She then asked whether we ate anchovies (since they do have a Cesar salad) and when we said no she responded with “so you don’t eat anything living?”. We ended up going with the only vegan option on the menu (the $35 -very mediocre- chilli) but we were really disappointed with the interaction we had with our server. We have never been to a restaurant where we were made to feel uncomfortable for our dietary choices… for a place that advertises themselves as vegetarian friendly I would expect more.I will say that the breakfast was phenomenal and our server there was very pleasant and accommodating so I hope this was just a one off experience. Just wanted to make others aware since it is not particularly cheap.

This place is a dining experience. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The food is a culinary delight. The bison steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. They really made our special occasion even more special.
