Everything was poor quality. It took forever to order and never came back. 45 min later after complaining our food was brought out within a min so it was just sitting back there. Food was cold fries soggy everything just not good. That's twice we tried this location close to work and twice it was not good.

Great burgers. The best homemade fries. Large amounts of onion rings. I would say go and try it. Reasonable prices on food and drinks

I have been going to this Hayden location for over 25 years, and tonight was our last. We had a large party of 20 friends to send my son off to NYC. The bar was crowded and we waited hours for a table by the bar and side location. Bearing the heat, we eventually went to the outside patio as the children were hungry as were the adults. No one ever came to take a food order, though the rude manager did push through the children in annoyance multiple times as we waited. At 7:01 a server finally came out to us after multiple requests to have service. The server admitted it was her first day, and apologized as that was not her area, though she was willing to help. We asked if we were still under happy hour, and she told us we just missed it. We explained that we were there since 6 without service, and felt they should honor the happy hour prices. The server went to consult a manager, and informed us that they would honor our first round of drinks and food under happy hour prices. We were not given menus, and had to ask for them. At that time we also had to ask for happy hour menu, to which the server apologized and bought one out to us, which reiterated we were offered the happy hour pricing. We placed our order for the large party close to 7:49, as it took that long to obtain permission to order off happy hour. Our food didn’t arrive until way after 8, with starving children and adults alike. By the time we finally ate. We were the last two tables on the north side of the restaurant, and we asked for our bill, as my son had a plane to catch. When the bill came, we were charged full price and not the happy hour prices we were promised. We questioned our server and she said, oh my gosh I am sorry, I will go and take care of it. She was gone for quite some time as we waited with sleepy children a flight to make. Upon her return, we were told “ watching video footage of our arrival” they would not honor the pricing. We were insulted, accused of fraudulent behavior and treated like we did something wrong while being held hostage for your incompetent manager to watch video footage! While we waited, your staff was telling us how horrible your manager is and that this is the reason your turn over is so high. I sincerely hope the minimal savings to your establishment in reneging on your promise to honor the happy hour pricing is worth Losing 5 families of 20+ years of Patronage. Customer service is obviously not a concept familiar to your management. And by the way…my son missed his flight due to being retained by you inferior staff.

I wish the staff was friendlier to Delivery drivers like Grubhub and Uber Eats and Door Dash. We work hard to try to make a living, make the restaurant money and customers happy. I understand that all drivers may not work well with others but please do not let that influence how you treat all of us that are kind, hard working and understanding. Thank you!

Great food. Zipps is a favorite place for us to eat out. Be patient with the service. It is very friendly just a bit inexperienced. Great selection on the menu. No matter what you may be craving on the American -style menu it is always delicious!!

My server’s name was Maria. She had a fairly poor attitude so i asked her to please give her next customers a better experience. she then proceeded to return to me and say i was rude because i was dissatisfied with my service. she said verbatim: If you want good service you can go to somewhere like cheesecake factory.This really shows that she has no pride in her place of work and makes excuses for her actions, blaming her place of work for her poor attitude.

This place got me going crazy for those WINGS. I have a wheat allergy and was informed that their golden wings are not gluten free, although their buffalo wings are. Im not sure if the buffalo wings are put in the fryer, so if you have celiacs I’d recommend the zipparitas, the limit is 3, and they have a few different flavors and they’re all tasty.

The place was clean, staff seemed happy and there was plenty of wait staff coming to check on us. Food came out hot and fresh, wings by far were the best I've had in 2 years from a restaurant. Even for a Sunday during football season, with the bar full and all booths taken the service was top-notch. Our server Cameron should be the model for what a server should be. He was prompt, attentive, and even though he look like he was running at 100 mph remembered everything that we asked for and anticipated things we needed. I was not impressed with Zipps my last visit a long while ago, glad I gave them a second chance.

If we could give a 0 we would. The hamburger was burnt, but worse was the fact my kids pizza order was put in wrong, which means it wasn't put in, and they had to watch us eat while we waited for 30 minutes for a pizza we had to box up at best. we tried to cancel but couldn't. when we asked if they could make it right they wouldn't and offered a box and when pressed they offered zipp bucks. what good does that do when it was horrible overall we left the pizza (it hit the trash on the way out)since we asked the kids to eat a few bites of a slice before we left and on the way out the kids said they would not eat anymore since it was so bad. what kid doesn't like cheese pizza? The manager said he couldn't do anything to help at all even though there were clearly issues all around. Our kids went hungry, I'm sick to the stomach now, and quite frankly at least Dairy Queen has good ice cream. We would have been better off at the worse dive you can think of. Never again - worse experience ever. we won't be back. what a sham of a place that can't even be accountable to what they did and the bad experience. When I spoke to the manager he just said it was corporate policy. We left the Zipp bucks on the table, it felt like an insult all around on how everything was handled. There you have it.

I was in town for a conference and visited to Zipps to watch Sunday Night football. Great audio and lots of TVs.Service was quick and friendly.I had the Monaco Focaccia —amazing! Get the house made honey mustard as your dipping sauce. You won’t be disappointed.
