Love that I can plan a business lunch in advance with OpenTable and not have to spend limited time waiting for a table.

I would say we were underwhelmed with our experience. Burgers were nothing special. Salads were adequate. I will say that the group enjoyed the zucchini fries. All in all, we weren’t impressed.

Short staffed meant short on service this particular evening. Our server was doing triple duty as the bartender & takeout person, so service was not as good it usually is. It also took a long time to receive our order, although the appetizer of onion rings came quickly & were piping hot.

The food was not as good as it usually is. We tried the Greek burger of the month and it certainly was not like the photo I received in an email. Very disappointing. The fried zucchini was outstanding!

Great food and service

Ok. Seriously. The Bruce Lee burger. Period. Also, they have Pseudo Sue in a can. The best. Loaded Fries. Check. Oreo shake. Check. I love this spot.

Server was fabulous, food came out quick, and it was delicious!

The issue here is when the first impression is an exceptionally rude hostess who continues to be rude and nothing is done to make that right - then the mood has been set. Our reservation was for 10:45 but we were told in an abrasion fashion that the restaurant was not open yet so we (including a 2 year old) needed to wait outside in the 111° heat for 10 minutes. When we were finally allowed inside and asked for a highchair (which was mentioned in the reservation) the hostess motioned off to the side somewhere stating "they're over there"... apparently it is self serve... Our actual server was great. The food also tasted great which is a shame because we have no desire to come back based upon the behavior of the hostess. If you aren't open at 10:45 then setup OpenTable accordingly and show your patrons some kindness in the meantime as opposed to leaving them in the heat.

Good Burger restaurant, burgers are not huge in size, about 1/3 of a lb., so value is NOT great, but they taste good. For the price, and À la carte, they should be larger meat patties for sure. I’d advise the burger across the way at Culinary Dropout instead for the price, and it comes with fries and has more meat.

Food was awesome but service needed some help.
