Delicious burger and shake! Just as impressive was the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. This is a well managed establishment.
Being from out of town, we don't have Whataburger or In-N-Out where we're from.My wife loves In-N-Out and I'm more a fan of Whataburger. We decided to do a little comparing and split a meal from both places and compare to determine which is best.Long story short(too late) Whataburger won by a landslide. They had fast and friendly service, a wide variety to choose from and of course we got larger quantities of better food.My wife begrudgingly conceded that Whataburger was the traveling food of choice going forward.
This was my first time at Whataburger and it is the best fast food place I have ever been too! The place was immaculate. Bright and super clean, unlike most fast food places that are dark and dingy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was more staff than customers to give a great customer experience. We were welcomed in upon arrival, a rarity for fast food. After ordering they brought our food right to the table, with extra napkins and choice of sauce. The burger was fresh, flavorful and juicy. The fries were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The malt I got was soo good, and a big portion too. We were thanked for coming in before we were wished a good day just prior to leaving. Again a rarity in fast food. I will be back and I am hopeful that we will get a Whataburger in the Denver area soon.
Every time we come to this water Burger in Scottsdale they are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is always so happy and they do everything they can to please you but highly recommend that you go there.
Marcus and crew did an awesome job. Great food with a friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
First visit to this Whataburger-Service was very friendly, food was ok. Ate inside, lobby was very clean and comfortable. I like the big windows and the location.I might return, kinda a bit concerned by all the negative reviews (just read these after my visit)! But my visit was good overall.
Got our order wrong and the manager argued with us that it wasn’t (receipt and food did not match). The franchise owner was standing right next to the manager when this happened and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service. The food that came back was incredibly poor quality as well. The joke of a chicken sandwich was over $9! There was barely any chicken- On a chicken sandwich. It was so thin and dry that I could barely swallow it. To top it off, the fries had a hair in it and were cold. I’m so surprised at how terrible it all was and I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning. I used to love Whataburger and am disappointed at how downhill it all went. If you do decide to go, don’t go at night!
I was craving a patty melt and onion rings so I stopped by my favorite Whataburger on 90th st. But Whatasurprise it was a different experience this time. Don't get me wrong the sandwich and onion rings were hot and delicious as always. It was the drive thru that was awful. I pulled up to the speaker and had my order taken quickly. The girl repeated it back but it was a bit hard to hear her but I got through it. I pulled around the corner and saw that I was 4th in line. This is where the problem begins. I sat there....... I didn't move for 12 minutes. Then finally an arm shoots out of the window waving the orange and white colors of the Whataburger food flag and that lucky person made their escape. I pull forward with the anticipation that he had placed a difficult order and the next 3 cars food was stacked up at the window waiting patiently for us..... But No!!! Each car was the same experience as if they were waiting for you to arrive at the window before starting your order. Mind you, this was not the lunch rush it was 3pm on a Wednesday for god's sake. This was not what I was used to. Have you forgotten that you are a"fast food" place.Whatajoke, Whatadisappointment, Whatashame So the question isWhatayagonnadoaboutit. Please fix this guys, I love your food but I can't wait almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich.
Best place in town for a late night meal. Food is always great, never have problems. Thank you for being open late!
First, if you don't know what you are getting when you go to Whataburger, you shouldn't expect gourmet level burgers. With that being said the food at this location is always consistent and well done. They have great options all around and it is always filling. The main draw I see with this location is the service. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and supper helpful. Whataburger is solid good food, but the experience is very refreshing!
