When it's busy, the drive thru is super slow. Kudos to the workers, for doing their best!
I was ordering for my office. So ordering had to be perfect. I was asking questions and it seemed like she didn’t even want to explain the menu, I never been to Wendy’s so this first time experience was horrible! While I was waiting for my order she didn’t hand me my receipt. I had to ask for it, then gave me my drinks that were all wet and leaking. The drink carrier didn’t even help with how soaked it was. I had to go back and she didn’t even apologize nicely and I asked to speak with a manager and she stated she was one. I asked if she knew the item was missing she said no… but she was the one that put everything in my order…HOW ARE YOU A MANAGER AND MAKING THESE MISTAKES!!
The food is delicious as always. Gotta love the Frosty!
Wendy's is a national fast food chain that has burgers, chicken and more. Known for some different items like chili and frosties, they have a menu full of bigger sandwiches or a value menu. Biggie bags are always the way to go since they're the best value and the most food. This location is super slow at service, we stood at the counter for a little over 10 minutes watching workers walk back and forth while only helping 1 out of 4 of us. Drive thru line seemed to be back up as well due to the same issue. Probably worth going to a different location that's close by instead.
Food is solid but they need to hire more workers at night. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Idk why you wouldn’t hire another worker. Makes no sense, lots of people left in the line because of the wait. Easily covers the $15 and hour extra worker
The lady at the cash register was so nice I was short at least $0.50 and she took care of the rest of it and didn't say a thing but so they get five stars for that but here's a picture of the bathroom come on put the soap in the soap dispenser I don't want to touch that bottle
I went to this Wendy's and they charged me 2-3 dollars more than my order and didn't give me a receipt. The order had looked correct on the screen, I believe they are pocketing that extra and I will not be returning to this Wendy's.
Ordered some Bacon Double Stacks and a jr crispy chicken sandwich everything was cold and the chicken was hard as a rock!! I thought Mc Donald’s was worst but I guess they have new competition, not worth my time too drive back for a refund. If I could give them a No Stars I would!

I was at the location on N Scottsdale just trying to get an order inside was closed and employees didn’t bother to even look me in the eyes to see what I wanted due to me being on a skateboard proceed to let me stand there for 2 minutes with cars behind me. The moment I went up they started taking orders but ignore me. Rudest and most disrespectful dining experience I had ever at a Wendy’s.
