On a hot Arizona day what is better than an Ice Cream cone?? A Thrifty Ice cream cone!!! Not sure why Water and ice locations ALWAYS have the best ice cream. It is too bad that the Owner and or Manager was not as pleasant as he should have been for paying customers. He was extremely rude and didn't even pay attention to my grandsons order which he had to repeat 3 times. The worst thing was that when I went to lick my creamy looking Pralines and Cream, it straight up FELL OFF the cone!!! Ugh Now wouldn't you think that I would have been offered another scoop? Since it obviously meant that you didn't press hard enough!!! Absolutely nothing!! He just looked at us and waited for us to leave the store. Which I most happily did and we will NEVER return !
Just moved to AZ the tap water here is aweful even with my Britta . So glad I found this store and he has supplies for your water needs
I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant coming to this water store because of previous negative reviews. However, the owner is a very helpful in filling your jugs. I get about 15 gallons of water mostly for my dogs. I also always go inside and never use the outside self service machine, as inside is so much faster with multiple jugs!

This is the best water place in the Scottsdale, Tempe, Arcadia area in my opinion. They've been there for over 20 years now. The owner is friendly and gets to know his customers that want to connect with him on any level. He genuinely cares and wants the people that come into his store to smile and have happier days. He'll fill your waters for you and will hold them over night if you're running errands or don't have time to fill them right then and there. It's open 7 days a week and is usually not too crowded. He offers alkaline and RO water and has savings/discounts cards for both options. He also has a beautiful selection of water crocks. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great customer service and to build positive relationships with local business owners!
This place is definitely service-oriented. You get what you go in to get, some of the best tasting water there is. They have alkaline water and filtered bottled water! They have ice and they have ice cream ! You'll love the healthy products and the great service!

The owner doesn't seem to care too much, The water here tastes a little different than other reverse osmosis places. The outdoor machine only does one gallon at a time but it will gladly take all of your money without letting you know. I put in a few dollars to fill up five gallon jugs, but the machine can only dispense one gallon. I had to come back again later when they were open to ask the owner for my money back but instead got scolded. I asked him to put up a simple sign on the machine so people wouldn't make that mistake, that the machine can only do one gallon, he said that wasn't necessary. All other water places can do 5 gallon jugs. He seemed to be annoyed that he has to have a water machine. Makes me wonder whether he even changes the filters inside.
