We went to the location couple of times but it seems it’s closed now. Not sure if it’s temp or permanent closure.
Second time ordering from here for delivery and after an hour they finally cancel the order.. it’s a shame the location near McKellips and Scottsdale Road is a gem. This location needs new management.
An embarrassment to Indian food. Also note that this is a Mix kitchen and not a dine in area. I’m quite sure the chutneys we received were spoilt - it tasted rancid. Please save yourself the headache of going here, I’m sure their dine in location in Tempe is fine, but this is definitely not worth it.
I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how flavor the food was, very happy to accidentally stumble across this location ?
Excellent food is not enough to counteract the terrible customer service. This is a takeout location. Food ordered in advance needs to be ready for takeout. The owner seems totally fine ignoring this basic concept and only prepares food when the driver has arrived causing 20+ minute delays. Fix that and this will be a 5 star takeout option
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place due to the lack of customer service. I was excited about the food, but upon arriving, they had not received my order (even though I had an email confirmation and I arrived at the time it said my order would be ready). They took an additional 20 minutes to make my food (and they downgraded my appetizer as my original choice wasn't available) and because I ordered through Udupi's website, the Kitchen United Mix employee was not able to offer me any sort of refund. I was told this is a common issue with this restaurant specifically (their system isn't configured to actually receive online orders, apparently) and to contact Udupi directly. I have reached out via phone and email and have yet to hear back from them. I will not be back.

I showed up in 15 min and told them I'm here waiting for my order. The front desk assistant told the chef in the back. I then waited for 20 more min before asking again and was told that the chef wouldn't start my order because he didn't have a ticket and "doesn't trust online orders" and that I should cancel my order and place another one through the kiosk...

I order Uber eat and 50% items missing and when we called they said chef left and they will call me tomorrow. What I am gone a eat now . I am from nj and it’s 9:20 pm all the restaurants close . Garage restaurant. Dosa came but no masala inside. Idli with out coconut chutney and whole fried rice missing. I don’t know how this people work . I sleep with empty stomach. They should check before dispatch. We waited 45 minutes for order and what we get ?? Owner should take immediate action. I will tell all my business friends and it friends never order to this restaurant. Garage garage garage service. Not deserve 1 star . Will complain in Uber also .
