Taca Madera Bell… After managing through the insufferable number of selfies of people wanting “to be seen” I will not fault the service staff. I don’t typically ever leave a negative review given I have managed restaurants and I fully understand how difficult the job is. With that said… I see an enchilada as a fundamental element of southwestern food. My enchilada was cold. The tortilla was at best chewy. The chicken was rubbery. The flavor was… well… sad. The sauce was ok but there was not enough to drown the lack of flavor and texture of the chicken in the enchilada. It was honestly the most disappointing enchilada I have ever had. For the price I paid… I would have happily gone to any number of local establishments and received far better food and overall experience.

Great food and service. We went for happy hour and they had to move us to another table as they stated happy hour was not in the main dining room. The food and service were wonderful but our bill was still pricey considering it was happy hour. Iâd still return there nonetheless.

Our server was not attentive and we would frequently not see her for 20 min or more. Beautiful restaurant but service was bad.

We were visiting Scottsdale and had brunch at Toca Madera. Really enjoyed the food, drinks and the service. Highly recommend Toca Madera.
Always a great time and experience
Service was ok until there was a broken glass or stone debris in our hands, manager came over and casually explained it probably was the top of the blender that had broken. Didn't comp the dish. And needless to say after you almost break your tooth on a decent sized broken glass we all were nervous to eat, loss of appetite . We were really disappointed. Their standards of patterns are high but they didn't uphold their standards on their end...oh and on top of it.. it rained it was leaking and dripping on me and the staff just asked me to scoot over and covered my purse with a napkin. . What we could eat was delicious. Our drinks were great. Service up until they had to be accountable was great. We paid for our bill including the dish with the extra glass treat without a fight.. they offered us dessert...
