I totally enjoyed the delicious food here while visiting from Chicago. If anyone is in Arizona, The Mick restaurant is a must! 100% quality food and service!
Came for Mother’s day, this is our fourth visit to what is becoming our favorite local restaurant to celebrate every important occasion. Brent and John were their usual impeccable hosts.

I am a foodie and this place was outstanding in every way. It truly was the most delicious meal in a friendly, fun and hip setting. I had the sablefish. Tuesday night live music with steel drum. Highly recommend the meatballs!
5 stars for the food and vibe, 2 stars for the service.We have dined at Micks three times now, it's a true gem in Scottsdale. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxed but proper. You can really tell that the food is prepared with passion and skill.Although our servers are lovely when they are at the table, the frequency of when to do come by is very poor. In two of the three visits that we have dined at Micks, we were completely forgotten about by our server for over 30mins, left without food and drinks. We had to hail a different server from another section before getting further service. Really a pity!
I was there for a wine tasting which was excellent although the charcuterie board was quite disappointing. The wines and information was good but I would have liked more food offered at the price of the tasting.
Wow! There are a lot of great restaurants in this town with great food. This restaurant is no different. The food is outstanding. The dishes are beautifully presented and even more delicious. What sets this restaurant apart is the hospitality. This goes equally for the front of house and back of house. Everyone on staff went above and beyond. Even though it was my first time dining there, by the time I left I felt like I had been dining there for years. This is a restaurant that others should strive to be like. I cannot say enough great things about it. Kudos to everyone working Friday night. You truly blew me away and made a new regular.
Extremely well executed from all aspects. The FOH staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The pace of service is dependent upon the guests- we ordered one course at a time and never felt rushed by the staff. Chef Brent and his team provide a menu of both classic brasserie items as well as modern innovative dishes. Each dish came out of the kitchen very quickly upon ordering.Will definitely be back! This spot is a gem.
Valentine's dinner-first visit. Five Course Menu Food Great!. Favorites, pork belly with kim chi & lamb chops with roasted veggies. Thank you Chef and his team for a lovely meal!!!Service staff not so good.I hope the front of the house staff share the tips with the kitchen staff since the food was excellent and it's the FOOD that will brings us back nothe service.
