Gelato is good, service is bad. Literally waited standing in front of the counter like good 15 mins just for someone to come take our order. Funny thing is there were two more groups in front of us got their order right away but after taking order of the group in front of us, the person disappeared and made us wait a while. Not sure what to say about this; honestly because of that i almost gave 3 star but giving 4 because the gelato itself was good. We had matcha and coffee mocha tho!
The food was acceptable. The pizza was a little bland. The place was not busy when we arrived. From the onset, the server was unfriendly. She didn’t inform me that what came with my salad was unavailable. She didn’t offer a substitute. She walked by us several times never offering a refill. When requested by my son and then myself because it wasn’t brought, she snapped at me in front of my family. This is truly unacceptable behavior. She let my son finish his meal with nothing to drink.
Tried veg pizza it was awesome. For ice cream I would recommend peanut butter and coffee.
Great pizza. Over 40 gelato flavors. And the server, Richard W., was one of the best I've ever had. The only one working the floor, taking orders, bussing tables, serving food and drinks, and pleasant the entire time. That's the kind of service that brings people back. Richard deserves a raise
The gelatos are tasty, not expensive, no surprises, just gelato. Sad part is when we ask if they sell crepes and the lady behind the counter didn't know what crepes were.
Amazing gelato if you can wait the lines. My group went later at night and it was PACKED. But as I was eating the gelato I realized that it was well worth the wait. (Also, the vegan chocolate is way better than it sounds. It's basically coconut chocolate. Amazing stuff)
I love this place. It brings a lots of good memories when I was an ASU student 12years ago and used to come here often with my friends. It has been awhile since I visited this place and glad to see it still open. I took my wife and daughter there to try it. I noticed lots of changes since the last time I visited this place. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the behavior of the waitress. I wanted to try some gelato samples before deciding what flavors for 3 of us. The waitress replied in a rude way that I’m only allowed two samples even we have 3 orders. It was very rude attitude.
The Gelato staff here is awesome. There is a super nice you woman that is always kind and patient to the customers while handling biz with a sense of urgency when the line gets long. Oh and Special shot out to the gal that calls everyone honey, thanks for always setting a cool vibe as everyone walks in.

Hands down the best spot in Scottsdale for Affogato!! All of their Gelato is decadent and fun, but you'll be amazed by how delicious their food items are as well- wood fired pizza and amazing sandwiches as well.
