Always willing to try new places. The reviews and the photos looked great so we decided to give it a shot. Food was great and our server was friendly.
Awful food, and manager clearly didn't care, no one came to the table to ask why we didn't eat anything. Meatballs were awful and one was undercooked ( pork), the kids pasta was literally boiled noodles in a bowl. The fish and chips tasted rank. Just not good, too bad b/c it is a cute place and our server was very kind
Everything was excellent, food, service, recommendations and value for price. Ambiance was lounges and comfortable Highly recommend.
First time to The Craftsman and I will be back! Nice variety of good cocktails and great food. Nice atmosphere with choice of inside or out, table, bar or hightop.
We arrived for our reservation to a mostly open restaurant. We were seated in the main dining area, and a few minutes later another 4 top was seated close to us. They were greeted within 3 minutes, us still not acknowledged. We waited thinking we would be greeted soon. A few more minutes passed. Feeling very overlooked and unwelcome we left and went across the street where we had a wonderful experience. With it being the slower summer season, and with so many other options in such close proximity; one would think you would want to hold on to those guests that get inside you establishment.
