I've eaten here 3 times in the last few weeks. The service from Tiffany and Emma has been exceptional. Always friendly, always smiling.The food has been even better. I've had a bone in ribeye, Elk burger and ribs. They have all been some of the best I've ever had. The food quality here is above and beyond what you might expect. The meat is clearly not your average cut. If you want the highest quality food without the pretentiousness you'll love The Bourbon Cellar.And Penelope is by far the best hostess/greeter around...

Giving the place a good ⭐️ review as we’ve been going here since it’s original location. Good value, great service, great food.. today the young lady that served us was awesome. We went for a leisurely happy hour, couple of drinks and a snack.. about 2 hours in total. We were quite disappointed when the big guy behind the bar came by and commented ‘you’ve been here a while’… hmm… either (1) he missed finishing school and was trying to converse or (2) he wanted to clear the table (restaurant at about 30%).. so… overall great spot but either they need table timers or some etiquette training. Sad to say this might have spoiled it for us. Hopefully others will try the spot but take your hour glass.

Advertised as craft, but mediocre at best with the slowest service I've ever experienced. High-end prices without the service or quality to back it up. 20min before we ordered our first drink. Over an hr to get a burger, none of which were noteworthy. This place has a ton of potential but seems to lack the ability to execute.

The food is quite expensive for what you get but it was tasty. However whatever their reasoning was the service was super slow . We understood that fresh food takes decent time to cook but simple drink refills or sides of ranch took 10 + mins.

Very casual, welcoming atmosphere with numerous sports orientated tv,s and patriotic artwork on the walls The chef is a veteran and butcher!! Offered water,cocktails and given menus, The restaurant is well named. Living in Louisville I’m very sensitive to all things bourbon, The Bourbon offerings are numerous with appropriate price and availability We shared the crab dip which was full of lump crabmeat actually in lumps! The house salad was large and shareable with fresh jicama batons for freshness and texture, The menu has a nice cross section of salads, sandwiches and steaks. The steaks are prime and are at market price with todays supply chain issues We ordered 6 and 12 ounce prime filets. The beef was tender, moist and delicious. It was well seared with a tasty crust/sear, Chef nailed the temp, medium rare, perfect the sides were delicious, the side special was a pea,bacon,mushroom,onion medley which was outstanding. Garlic mashed potatoes✔️. baked potatoes✔️creamed corn✔️ Every third Wednesday chef offers a buffet and desert for veterans The food and service was awesome Note: Staffing is hard everywhere, Be kind and generous to those who show up to “serve” you. Very very highly recommended Let’s support this chef who supported our country Slainte!!
