Went to the local Texas Roadhouse for nephews 16th birthday dinner and the experience was HORRIBLE. Our reservation was for 6pm, which was made the same day. However, the person who made the reservation in our party checked in at 530pm. We are reasonable people and expected at least a 30 minute wait but this was NOT the case. We checked in several times between 630 and 7 and received less than courteous service. After waiting for an hour and a couple of complaints a manager brought some ice water out to us. At 7pm we were told that we had tables but that there was "another party occupying the tables and that they could not force them to leave." I would think this is managements responsibility to manage the floor and make sure expectations are being managed from a business standpoint. The restaurant was not full so we could have very well have been seated in another section We did not get seated until 730pm and then our party was split up into 4 booths. In addition, servers seemed disinterested in serving our large group. The food was actually excellent but feel this location needs a major tune up in managing it's employees and also maybe a refresher in customer service training.
The food was super on point delicious. Our server Diego was excellent. I don't know what was up with all the other employees. They all seem to have sad faces. No one was smiling nor greeting as they were walking around. It's just like they all received some bad news or something.
I have to say our server was excellent. The food was great but I have to say that I’m impressed that the manager on duty went above and beyond. Our food was taking extra long. We started to get concerned when people after us started getting there food before us. We were only a party of 3. Apparently there was a mix up or something happened in the kitchen. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. Anyhow we were only expecting maybe a discount or a very heartfelt apology but was immensely impressed that the manager not only sincerely apologized but comped our entire meal. Way to go above and beyond !
Amazing amazing food and service! our server was very kind and lovey , and the wait for our food was not long at all. Definitely will be coming back !

Celebrated my Birthday Dinner and it was wonderful.The service was superb.The minute you walked in you were greeted nicely. Our server Grace was polite and fast.I ordered the 12ounce rib eye with caramelized onions that was done perfectly. My sisters and I totally enjoyed our scrumptious dinner.
Had a really good ribeye and the fam enjoyed all their meals. Everything was timely and on point. Diego was a great waiter. We'll be back
Great service and great food!!
1st time at this location. Wait time was 10 minutes or less, food was served within 15, excellent timing . Ordered medium rare, was nearly well done on both steaks. No brown sugar for the sweet potato, no bacon bits on loaded potato. Server had somewhat of an attitude when we asked for the brown sugar. Never offered to refill drinks or bring more rolls . Will give this location another try, if not will go back to Mesa location. Yes I do always tell my friends Tx Roadhouse is the best place to go.
This was my first visit to T.R. and I wasn't disappointed. We went on the early side and was seated immediately. The menu is a little overwhelming but who doesn't like options. The server was very helpful and every team member was attentive to our needs. The food was served warm and delicious. By the time we were having desert there was a wait list. We will definitely return in the very near future and become repeat customers with full bellies and huge smiles.
