Ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. The rice was almost liquid mushy the chicken was undercooked and the Egg Roll was soggy. The tables were dirty and sticky and there was no iced tea and the drink machine was broken. Over $15 for a combo meal . Ridiculous. I will never go there again.
Gross is the nicest way to put it. Teriyaki chicken should have some actual teriyaki to it. They didn't give our drinks but charged us 5.71 each for them. Uber was nice enough to credit me back a whole 5.00 of 12.00 we got screwed on. Rice literally tasted like bottom of the pan. We ended up tossing this food and ordering from another place. Waste of 70.00 when Jack in the B0x makes better teriyaki bowls.
Questionable business practices. I ordered spicy chicken with vegetables, the person I was with ordered spicy chicken no vegetables. When we received our meals mine was short half the chicken and half the rice compared to his. That some shady "madness" right there
I like the serving sizes they have. Spicy chicken is not that spicy but amazingly good. First time trying a chicken egg roll!Good place to eat
I enjoy the food. However recently this location has stopped honoring the local flavor deal. Interestingly the local flavor offer is still available on the local flavor website. I found this bizarre and unfortunate as we travel to visit this location and we're looking forward to using this deal we had purchased.
Will not be coming back again. The menu looked delicious. When I went my co-worker ordered right before me and received his did very quickly and in a timely matter. Mine on the other hand was nowhere to be found. I kept asking and asking and nobody could find it, the girl at the counter even mentioned that I ordered right after my coworker and he had gotten his food. 20 - 25 minutes later my food was found on the pickup shelf. Not very happy with them, girl seemed lost and confused. For back to the office to eat and I ordered noodles with chicken. The chicken was very overcooked and dry, all the noodles were very short, like they were at the bottom of the pan all stuck together, they were dry. I could only eat a few bites of this and it was promptly out into the trash.
Very satisfied with all we ordered. Salmon was cooked perfectly and moist, loads of chicken in the other bowl. Perfect and delicious!
The food is incredible. Food is delicious. Food is fresh. The manager and staff are the best I've been to. Truly caring about the customer. We sat and ate at this location and truly enjoyed the food. The manager came out and spoke with us as we were eating. Just to follow-up on us, being that it was our first time. But definitely not our last visit. The food and combinations of them will provide plenty of more meals.
I ordered the chicken breast teriyaki with fried rice and veg. The chicken breast was top notch. Beautiful char on it and perfect flavor. The veg was good, you can’t really mess up vegetables. The fried rice was like 75% of the bowl which is cool but I didn’t really like it much. A bit mushy and strange flavor. I would absolutely come here again. The chicken was so good.
Probably the 6th time getting food from here. And it is the 3rd time they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 bowls; 1 chicken and 1 steak. Both with brown rice and double meat. First mistake, gave two chicken bowls. Second mistake, gave 1 chicken and 1 mixed bowl. Third mistake, 2 chicken bowls, 1 fried. It's not rocket science people!!!! Food is tasty but absolutely not worth the hassle.
