Went here for ice cream after playing mini golf next door. They have a huge verity of ice cream to choose from, I went for the brownie swirl. It was honestly one of the best ice creams I’ve her had. It tastes so creamy with huge chunks of delicious chewy brownie. The waffle cone was fantastic too. It was fresh and melted in the mouth almost like shortbread. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a little pricey but what isn’t these days. It’s worth every penny.
Sweet Republic used to be a spot we took visitors when they came to AZ. We have loved it for years. The last two times we have been the ice cream texture is different(almost grainy), the service was bad and we didn’t even finish the ice cream we bought. I was so disappointed. I am not sure if they have had to change recipes for supply chain issues or what. Also the ice cream was super soft and it didn’t come from a new container, so it wasn’t due to being just put out. So texture, service and temperature of the ice cream all added up to twice disappointing experiences. We will be finding another favorite spot.
Absolutely love their ice cream and sorbets. From their regular flavors to their unique ones they're all great and worth at least a try. Their marshmallows are equally great and I recommend a toasted one with your order. I especially love Huckleberry Swirl & Blue Moon when they're available.
Excellent ice cream. Helpful and friendly staff. The waffle cones are just the right amount of crispy without risking your teeth. Git the Mayan Chocolate and it was full of cinnamon and a hint of ancho chilis.
This is a great little ice cream place with unique flavors. Ice cream is great quality. Would recommend if you are in Scottsdale.
I love this place. I could eat 1000 ice cream filled waffle bowls! Especially the Brown Butter Pecan! ?
Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious housemaid ice cream and gelato. I tasted three and settled on the mint. It was perfect. Not too sweet not too strong.

I was excited to try this place. Sorry to say it's not as good as the reviews! It's ok, but not $8 worth (included a tip, but no cone, just 2 scoops and 2 toppings). I got the Peppermint and the Peaberry Espresso (now that coffee ice cream was delicious). I ended up getting hot fudge, which they put on the bottom instead of topping the ice cream, so that kinda ruined it and didn't have much of the fudge. I also added almond toffee crunch, was pretty good and plentiful, it added a good crunch. Other than that, I wouldn't go out of my way to get ice cream here in the future. Service was excellent though-definitely a big plus! It's in an odd shopping center, kinda all jumbled and parking is kinda tight and packed.
