Amazing food and service ! Our server was really great !
The food was great but extremely slow on every course. The service was as good as it could be given the backup in the 2 kitchens (hot and cold are separate kitchens). The ambience is very nice but it is not the place for quiet conversation. The pricing reflected the obvious real estate and improvement costs as much as it did the equally obvious high quality ingredients. It is worth another visit.

Excellent dishes in every way. They never disappoint. You can order any of their dishes and be pleasantly surprised.
Understaffed but the manager or owner seemed to want to make us feel accommodated, he was sure to stop by just as frequently as our server and even grabbed us our tea and dessert. I appreciated the service but the quality was pretty average for being in a luxury hotel. I understand seafood is a bit less fresh in Scottsdale though so I give them 4 stars for trying very hard to bring a great experience no matter their own circumstances.
My family and I had dinner today, and we were the only family with kids at the whole restaurant. We finished food, but my son wanted to order one more sushi roll before we leave. We ordered but it took around 25 mints to arrive. The Manager Justin was very rude, and was not considerate. A role of sushi should not take time specially for already served table. It’s was just an add order which won’t be taken time.
food and ambiance are very good. i entertained a very import Japanese Customer and although the food and ambiance was good the cleanliness of the knapkin and ladies bathroom was not very good... actually it was poor. Something to think about as different items are picked up by different people
By far one of my favorite Happy Hour places. The food is good. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly.
